Underestimation of Neela?!?

So is neela only avni's mother and noone to aman then? I dont get it. If neela can handle her scarred 12 year old daughter who'd been through the most traumatic experience of being shot by her grandmother and raise her single handedly, then surely she can handle her angsty 16 year old son whose world has shifted but not really ended as avni's almost had. the ptsd avni suffered through mustve been 20x worse. and if neela could handle that, then surely she can handle aman. arent the cvs underestimating neela's prowess as a mother? why didnt avni inform her that aman was in the hospital? and why was she not consulted about this rather drastic move on avneil's part? and why is rhea even a part of the deal? she has a living breathing mother (who may actually be as bad if not worse than ayesha) who should get out of her own behind and take responsibility. it took her two seconds to be a hero but she didnt even stop to think for 2 seconds that if she does her herogiri then she will have to take responsibility of her actions and play the role for her daughter that rhea's father and dadi played. neela shouldve slapped hetal into reality when she visited last time. and people like rhea need to be given harsh life lessons, not mollycoddled like avni is doing. then only she will grow up. they should instead ask neela to talk to hetal about being friggin responsible and offer rhea a job in the NGO or something. this just seems like something they're doing for the sake of inserting rhea into avneil's equation and starting some silly teenage romance between aman and kareena. both the angles couldve been achieved without bringing aman rhea into avni's home. it feels like an invasion of that magical safe space that avni had described to kareena. there are enough trauma patients living in the khanna house, surely the parikh household could take some instead. besides neela is totally alone now that avni isnt there, aman could put some salve in that hole in his mother's chest. i would be all for avni taking responsibility of both her siblings if they each didnt have a living parents to share that burden. and aman has one of the most capable mothers on tv to handle him. thus this situation seems like an illogical forcing of triangle drama.
