Tubelight Second Saturday Business

Tubelight did not get that normal 50% plus second Saturday growth as it was coming off an holiday period and the film has been rejected. The film was up around 30% on its second Saturday. The film has grossed 4.75 crore nett on its second Friday and Saturday and looks likely to be around 8 crore nett for the weekend.

These second weekend collections are lower than all the cast films released this year, even a dud like Kaabil was higher in the second weekend and a low to medium budget Hindi Medium was also better. The daily collections of Tubelight till date are as follows.

Week One - 1,02,57,00,000

Friday - 2,00,00,000 apprx

Saturday - 2,75,00,000 apprx

Second Weekend - 4,75,00,000 apprx (Two Days)

TOTAL - 1,07,32,00,000

from mon onwards it is out

so being very generous even with 3cr on sun and 2 cr for coming week till end

it will make lifetime of 113

which means it is the 4th highest grosser after raees..jolly llb..and badri which starred much newer superstars..

that is beyond embarrassing for salman that he couldn't even beat varun and alia that too with 4300 screens and on eid
