Hello friends as many of you wanted a quick update of this story I m back with new update .Part 8
I- I will wait for you Raman .
Saying so she teared herself from him and was going when he pulled her again she too couldn't control and hugged him tight .They remain like that for sometimes then she kissed his cheeks and ran from there wiping her tears . Raman stood there as statue noticing her retreating figure .
She was gone but still his eyes were on the door from where she left .He spend sometimes more in the terrace having his drink and then left for his house .He didn't talked to anyone and left for his room (now he is using guest room as his room ) dropped himself in bed and cried his heart out soaking his pillow . From the day sharam has filed their divorce shagun was a free bird she now didn't bother to inform anyone of her whereabouts . At first Toshiji asked numerous questions to Raman but later she also stopped asking about shagun.
On the other hand ishita was also in same condition ,she silently went to her room and completed all her packing as they were about to shift on next day itself .Next day iyers shifted to there old house which was in different locality of Delhi only.Iyers met Bhalla's and there other neighbors and left .
Days started passing both ishra though knew about there offices and all but didn't tried to meet as per their promise. Though they are controlling themselves for meeting each other but on the other hand both of them quit talking to other people also ,unknown to each other their condition was same .They engrossed themselves fully in work , just talk as much as needed ,just eat food to live .Every body can see the differences in their behavior but non can know the actual reason of it as they were too far from each other .
About a month passed and ishita's health was going down day by day ,her amma was very much worried about her but she was the one who was always ignoring it .One day when she reached office she saw one of her colleague priya was distributing sweets in the office .She gave sweet to ishita too ,she asked about the reason when other girl told " she has good news that's why ".
I(confused )- good news ?.
P- I m pregnant.
She announced blushing hard ,all the girls teased her and asked how she came to know about her pregnancy . Priya told certain symptoms by which she got suspicious and checked it with pregnancy kit ,and it showed the positive results ,later they visited doctor who too confirmed about her pregnancy
Ishita congratulated her and went to her cabin .She was so worried after talking to priya ,she sank herself in her big leather seat and recalled priya's words who was happily announcing her pregnancy news to everyone .Ishita too thought that she is also going through same symptoms these days .She is also not feeling like eating anything ,she don't like smell of certain things ,she is feeling weak and dizzy these day .She closed her mouth shockingly thinking what will she do if she will also be pregnant like priya .She thought for some more then shook her head negatively and thought " ishita you are mad ,how can you even think about that ,you are a barren woman ,had you forget that you couldn't bear a baby ".
A big tear rolled from her eyes thinking so .She then shrugged the thought abd started doing her work ,she was trying to engross herself in her work but time and again the thought was coming in her mind .It was after noon she went to canteen to have something as today she hadn't brought her lunch .Ishita was going towards an empty table when the girls who were sitting together called her .She walked to them and settled on the empty chair .She ordered her idli for herself while others were eating food brought from their house .They passed some to ishita also but don't know why today she was not liking the smells ,she felt nausea ,she excused herself in pretext of some important work and ran to her cabin without eating anything . She immediately went to washroom and threw up . She was feeling too weak ,her legs were giving up ,she held the wash bowl for help .She remain in same position like this for sometimes then washed her face thoroughly.She any how reached to her chair with support of walls and sat there .
Her thoughts again went to same direction ,at last she thought to try for once .Thinking so she took her belongings and left the office .On the way she stopped at a medical shop , bought a pregnancy kit and returned to home .As she couldn't wait ,she went to her room before amma ask any question and directly went to washroom to check it .She did the test and was now going to check the result. Her heart was beating fast ,her hands were shivering while she was holding the kit ,she took a deep breath and at last glanced at it .
She closed her eyes after seeing the result but next moment her eyes popped out as it was showing two pink line indicating that she is pregnant. She became numb looking to the strip ,her eyes got teary noticing the two pink lines ,she bites her lips knowing that she is pregnant. She lazily came out of the washroom and dropped herself in couch ,her lips curled for smiling but next moment she broke into tears . She held her head in her palms and then wiped the tear beads from her forehead, she don't know how to react.
She so wanted to be happy , laugh loudly ,want to shout and share this news to everybody that she is not barren but she is pregnant, she is bearing a baby in her womb but next moment gee happiness vanished thinking that this baby is result of a mistake .A relationship which is illegitimate in eyes of society. She was smiling and crying at the same time .
She wanted to share this news to Raman but stopped .She closed her eyes and tears started flowing from them whom she didn't bothered to wipe rather she let them flow so that she can feel some peace ,little did she know that this pain will not be cure rather it is going to last long. She didn't know how to react ,weather she should haply that she is bearing a baby or she should be sad that she is bearing a illegitimate baby.She never had thought that she will ever get the most happiest news of her life like this ,she so wanted Raman near her but she don't even have right to share this news to him .She so wanted to keep this child ,feel all the hormonal changes ,cravings and finally deliver her child but on the other hand she was also scared of society .At last tired of all here thoughts she hided her face in her palm and cried for don't know how long and finally drifted to sleep tired of all her thoughts .
Next day she had her breakfast and left for office ,amma and apps wanted to talk to her but she excused herself in pretext of an important meeting but she didn't go to office rather she went to visit doctor to confirm that what she is assuming is actually true .
Doctor examined her and finally confirmed that she is pregnant ,ishita didn't believed it rather she told the doctor about her disability. The doctor did some test and told her to come after two days with her husband . The doctor also told her to take good care if herself as she us too weak to carry a child .Ishita left the doctors cabin witg heavy heart and sat on the bench for sometimes ,her eyes were teary while she was trying to hold the tears in her eyes only ,finally she left for her office with many thoughts in her mind .
Next day in Raman's society ,he left his house for office ,he entered the lift abd saw two ladies were already there ,one if them was few months pregnant .They were talking to each other while Raman was looking randomly till they reach down when he heard from the pregnant lady " you know Mrs chopra ,yesterday when I went to my gynecologist I saw ishita iyer there ,you recall ishita na ".
Mrs C- that iyers daughter na who came to live in our society for some days .
L1- humm ,wahi .I saw her in the gynecologist clinic.
Till they talk this they reached ground floor ,though Raman was running late but listening to ishita name he stopped to listen the ladies talk.
Mrs C- but what she was doing there ,k heard that she was barren ,cannot bear child .
PL- Maine bhi aisa hi suna but she was looking sick and pale when I saw her moreover what she was doing in a gynecology clinic ,I doubt if she is pregnant .
Mrs C- aisa kaise ,I heard that her marriage broke because of her disability.
PL- don't know but I m suspicious about it ,she was all alone looking too sad abd gloomy was sitting in a corner .
MrsC- leave it hamein kya ,they left our society rest her parents will look after .
Saying so they started another topic while Raman was shocked listening to this .Till now he had controlled himself a lot just because of ishita but not now ,he cannot stop now ,he just wanted to meet her abd know why she was in gynecologist clinic, why she is gloomy ,why she is looking weak and pale .
Thinking all this he turned his car towards ishita's office with a bunch of questions .Soon he was in front of her office building, he didn't wasted any time and entered it .The receptionist greeted him while he immediately asked for Ishita ,she informed that she is in her cabin .The receptionist insisted that she is informing Ishita but he denied and went directly to her room ,he opened the door and find her lost in her thoughts .She was so lost that she didn't even noticed him while he walked to her and kept his hands on her shoulder .Feeling someone's touch she turned and was super surprised to see Raman in front of her ,her eyes became moist on his sight ,she so wanted to share the news to him but seems words were not coming out from her mouth , before she could tell anything he cupped her face and asked " ishita are you pregnant ".
She was shocked but nodded and hugged him tight .
