I was gona vote for ishq but the 2nd half is really really bad.. plus it is more Aamir comedy that I love.

Out of the movies you've mentioned, I liked Ishq and Pyaar Toh Hona Hi Tha. I preferred Aamir and Juhi's track in Ishq - Juhi had such a fun role in the first half, I still laugh remembering her antics in the movie 😆 (Comedy gold Juhi is!).

Pyaar Toh Hona Hi Tha was a nice, sweet movie when it came out - perfect sleepy Sunday afternoon movie. It has aged badly though, so the Kajol getting scared in plane and song thereafter feels very OTT, but Ajay-Kajol's chemistry was the best in this movie. I did watch the original movie it was based off of (French Kiss, with Meg Ryan) and some scenes were copied scene-to-scene, but overall it was Indianised (the whole Ajay backstory etc) well enough and so it is an entertaining watch.

Same loved Dil kya kare for Mahima and Ajay. Hated Kajol

I also loved Raju chacha. As a kid that was my favorite movie. I had every single song memorized and the dialogue as well. But again not really for Kajol and Ajay but for the kids and Rishi. I never liked Rishi but when he dies in the movie oh man...I cried so freaking much. Those kids were great. At least the kid me thought those kids were fabulous. Kajol and Ajay's romance were the boring unnecessary parts in the movie.

Don't care for Kajol-Ajay at all but I really liked Pyar Toh Hona Hi Tha and Dil Kya Karen but that is probably because I watched them as a kid so they have nostalgic value.

My favorite pair in the 90s was Ajay Devgan and Sonali Bendre. Perfectly beauty and the beast. I couldn't stop staring at them. 😆
