Vikram says that he's breaking off the engagement
-Patil House-
Neetu apologizes to Vikram for saying all that, but Vikram doesn't listen. Neetu pleads to Mrs. K and talks about being ladki-wale and that they've already started preparing for the wedding
Neetu falls at Mrs. K's feet and begs her not to decline. Vikram asks her to get up and Neetu stars to give him a sob story about girls with broken rishtas. Vikram says that on her assistance, he is ready to give Sanju another chance.
Vikram says that he has some conditions for Sanju to follow: 1) Sanju will keep coming to their house daily. 2) Sanju will call Mrs. K 'Maa' instead of 'saasu-maa'. 3) Sanju stops going to Morning News and quits writing her column. 4) Sanju will never question any of his (Vikram's) decisions. 5) Sanju has to break all relations with Sid.
Vikram says that if Sanju accepts, then he won't break the engagement. He asks Sanju to adapt just like Rachna did. Neetu and Kaku accept all the conditions from Sanju's side, but Vikram says that he wants Sanju to answer.
Sanju thinks for a while, but eventually says yes. Vikram is happy, and leaves with Vivek and Mrs. K.
Chandu and Prakash blast Neetu for speaking to Sanju like that on the phone. Neetu replies that she wouldn't have said anything if she knew Vikram was on the other line, and that she cares about her daughter. Prakash explains again that this is also about Sanju. Neetu retorts that Sanju has no boundaries, and that she can't trust Sanju after seeing her with Sid at Rekha's wedding.
Neetu keeps taunting Sanju for having no shame and not caring about what society thinks. Sanju runs out of the room crying and Prakash shouts at Neetu about crossing all lines today.
-Sanju's room-
Sanju is sitting on the floor, thinking about all of Vikram's conditions. Aai tells her to stand up, and tells her that she (Sanju) isn't happy with the rishta, and it is apparent. Aai asks her again if she wants to get married, and gives her till the next day to decide. The mama's come there and tell her that nothing means more than her happiness.
Neetu is listening to this and thinks that she will make sure that Sanju is married, and to Vikram only.

Jan 22 Update

The mama's are telling Sanju that nothing means more to them than her happiness.
-Sanju's Room-
It's night time now and Sanju is thinking about past events. Neetu lying about the money in the bank, to make jewellery for Rachna, Sanju giving her earning for rekha's wedding, Neetu saying that Sanju did no favour by giving them money, Neetu telling Sanju to accept because of Rachna at Rekha's wedding, Rachna telling Sanju that she lives Vivek, Rachna saying that she will marry only Vivek.
Sanju thinks that she's already sacrificed her life for everyone's happiness, but she has another chance, so she should think about it. Should she sacrifice her life for Rachna? Or live her life?
-Prakash/Neetu Room-
Kaku says that Sanju can't refuse now, but Neetu says that Sanju thinks only about herself, she cares about no one. Kaku says that Sanju should have been left at an orphanage after her dad left her. Prakash comes there and asks them to stop. Prakash reminds Kaku that she is a guest, so she should stay out of their problems and keep her opinion to herself.
Prakash then warns Neetu that he won't hear anything against Pushpa (Aai) or Sanju, and if Sanju isn't happy, then they will break the alliance. Rachna from the door says that she won't find anyone like Vivek, and is she doesn't get married to Vivek, she won't marry anyone.
-Dining Table-
Chandu thinks about whether they're all doing the right thing. Chandu tales about how lovingly they all raised Sanju. Manju says that she trusts Sanju. Chandu says that Aai isn't upset about Sanju, but Neetu.
-Prakash/Neetu Room-
Kaku tells Prakash to think about his own daughter. Neetu says that if the rishta breaks, they will not be able to face anyone. Prakash says that he doesn't care about anyone, and that Sanju and Aai aren't a burden for him, and he'll do what he can for them.
-Next Morning – Sanju Room-
Sanji is getting ready and thinks that Vikram definitely not her manzil. She thinks that her family will understand her decision, but Vikram will never understand her. She thinks about Rachna and thinks that since Vivek and Rachna love each other, they'll get married anyway. She now she (Sanju) will do what she should have done initially.
Neetu comes to Sanju and apologizes, and tries to justify her actions. Neetu tells Sanju to only listen to her heart (While Kaku watches happily from the door).
-Sitting Room-
Everyone is waiting for Sanju to announce her decision. Sanju comes and says that she's thought a lot, and made her decision. She says that she's ready for marriage. Chandu asks how she slept, and Sanju says that she was up all night thinking. Prakash asks Sanju if she's sure about this, and Sanju says she is, and no one will be bothered by this issue anymore. She will marry Vikram and this is her decision alone.
Aai says that everything she said at night was a warning, and Sanju says that she's thought a lot and made her decision. Aai says that she doesn't want to see any unhappiness on her (Sanju's) face anymore, nor in her voice or actions, or she will kick Sanju out. Sanju says that her burden will be off her (Aai's) shoulders soon.
Kaku tells the girls to get ready, and Rachna happily agrees
-Girls Room-
Rachna, while getting ready, tells Vivek that she is coming there soon. She puts the phone down, and it rings again. When she picks it up it's some guy named Upen(??) on the other side. Rachna asks why he called and he says that he wants to meet her. Rachna says that she's about to get married, and Upen says that he knows. He says that he has to return some stuff, and asks her to come to the same place (where they used to meet I guess), right now.
Sanju asks Rachna if everything is okay and she tells Sanju to go ahead to the Kulkarni's, she will come soon. Sanju asks what's wrong and Rachna snaps back that she has some important stuff to do in college, which is why she's going. Sanju is surprised that Rachna lied to her.

Sanju says that she's ready for marriage. Rachna leaves to meet Upen
-Kulkarni House-
Sanju enters the Kulkarni house and , where Vikram is sitting on a sofa drinking coffee. He asks about her health and asks if she's okay. Sanju says she's fine, so Vikram says that he's glad to see that she's happy.
Vivek comes there so Vikram asks about Rachna. Sanju says that she's gone to the bank. Vikram asks Vivek if he knew about this, and Vivek agrees, that Rachna SMS'd him. Vikram tells Vivek to go with Rachna next time.
-Some Secluded Area-
Rachna, looking scared reaches there and looks around for Upen. He comes from behind her and tells her that she looks hot. Upen tells her that he called her to show her something, but he suggests to catch up a bit on their lost time. Rachna warns him not to touch her, and tells him that she is engaged. Upen shows her something on his cell phone, which puts Rachna in tears. Upen says that some friend of him made the video of them when they were in the room, and sent it to him (Upen). Rachna hysterically asks why he didn't delete it.
Upen asks for Rs. 10 000 to delete the video. Rachna says that she won't give him any money. Upen threatens to send the video to Vivek Kulkarni, or even Vikram Kulkarni. Rachna asks for some time, and Upen gives till 5PM in the evening that same day.
Rachna walks away distressed and upset, deep in thought
-Patil House-
Neetu is telling Kaku that she feels like going to Kul House to see how Rachna is doing. Kaku also mentions how much Vikram praised Rachna. Neetu wonders what Rachna would be up to right now.
Rachna reaches home just then, and goes straight inside.
-Girls Room-
Rachna locks the door and starts to cry. Neetu and Kaku shout, asking her to open the door. Rachna opens the door, and falls on the bed. Neetu asks if she fought with Vivek. Rachna says that she didn't fight with anyone, she just felt sick, so she came back home.
Neetu asks her to rest till she gives her some medicine. Rachna asks her to call up the Kul's and tell them that she isn't well so won't be coming in today.
-Kul House-
Vivek, Vikram and Sanju are sitting in the sitting room and the phone rings. Vivek picks it up and find Neetu on the other line. She tells him that Rachna is sick and would it be okay if she doesn't come today. Vivek says that it's fine, and asks her to take care of Rachna.
Sanju gets worried thinking about Rachna. Vikram asks her if she's okay and Sanju says she's fine, just worried about Rachna. Vikram says that he was talking about Rachna. He asks Sanju if she's sure Rachna went to the bank. Then he enquires which bank Sanju dropped her off at and Sanju gets worried.
They all hear breaking glass, and then Birju Bai comes and tell Vikram that Shradha is breaking things and she almost hurt her (Birju Bai)
Sanju and Vivek are worried, and all they hear from Shradha's room is her apologizing to Vikram and saying that it will never happen again.
-Kitchen-
Sanju is cooking with Mrs. K, when she points out a bottle of pickles (achaar) to Sanju and says that it's almost over. She tells Sanju that if Vikram doesn't have this achaar with his food, he won't eat, and he's already upset because of Shradha. She asks Sanju to get some for tomorrow and Sanju agrees.
Sanju suggests taking Shradha to a good specialist for treatment. Sanju says that she's sure Shradha will be cured in no time. Vikram comes there and listens to all of this. Mrs. K tells Sanju that Shradha doesn't let any unknown person near her. Sanju says that patents like these need love and attention, and shutting her up in a room might be making her health worse.
Vikram asks her what else she knows about mentally disturbed people. He tells her that she will take Shradha her dinner, and he wonders how long she will be able to show Shradha love.
-Patil House-
Rachna is worriedly pacing her room. The clock says 4:45. She decides to switch off her phone. Then thinks that he might send Vivek that video. It's 4:55. Rachna's cell phone rings and the caller is Vivek. Rachna gets scared that maybe Upen already sent Vivek the video.
