Bhai. Who has he introduced that is actually good ? His useless family or thug types like Suraj Pancholi.

KJO for all his nepotistic faults has introduced Alia and Varun who add value to the industry.

Both are equally but Karan is and will be the most nepotistic one and the worst 😆 The way he talks about his starkids and wants us all make to believe that only they are the best and the rest is secondary. Also every movie of theirs he is always promoting be it through twitter or his koffee with karan show or mentioning them in interviews.
Salman lauchn and promotes them at the beginning but not in you Face kind of promotions like Karan does.

Both. But Salman launches many people and most of them are mediocre or terrible. Sooraj Pancholi, anyone?

KJo at least launches people who are giving hits and liked by the audience. Although he overdoes the hype and promotion.

Except KJo's picks usually r nurtured better by him by literally grabbing good scripts for them. His attention span is longer n like a dog with a bone he keeps at it

Difficult to say who is more nepotistic...but while KJo gave us Alia and Varun👍🏼...Salman gave us Sooraj and Daisy and Sana😳

Both but the difference is that KJo keep giving them opportunities and make sure that they always get work while Salman let them go and doesn't give them that much opportunities after he launches them, in other word, they r on their own and doesn't get much support from Salman after they get launched by him.
