1- Don't think so. Think Arjun will come in the nick of time, and then we'll have that kidnapping drama, either orchestrated by Samay or Maya herself

2- blame this on CV's

3- It was never about love for Maya- it was about control, manipulation and power, and she wanted him to suffer for putting her in a position where she felt weak and helpless.

4- She doesn't know the whereabouts of Shubh, and unlike Maya, Saanjh is not someone who can take a life easily

5- All part of her MayaJaal to bamboozle poor Duffer and keep him with her.

And most importantly last time we saw Maya's flashback where samay was getting beaten up in jail he had no burn marks on face and Maya had long hairs..
And now he has burn marks and Maya has short hairs...
And 2nd question samay seemed to have 3rd degree burns how come he healed so perfectly without leaving any scars 😲
3rd degree burns and fire scare me... I don't think I can sleep today... 😭

I can watch crude and totally gross level of violence... But fire scares me... Specially 3rd degree burns... While watching that part I was going through YouTube comments... didn't see that...
