Ayaan out of jail

How will Ayan come out of jail? The promo showcases Maya leading happy life and ayaan out of jail. In my perspective it's maya who takes her charges back against ayaan and the explanation she gives arjun is baby is our first priority because of Saanjh samay entered our lives to destroy us and saanjh will not keep quiet until she proves ayaan s innocent. So let's just take back the charges against ayaan.

It is pretty clear that Maya is going to come up with a big plan. Otherwise Vandana and Ayaan would not be happy seeing Maya and Arjun happy together as per the spoiler. She is definitely going to outsmart Samay.

I don't think this work that way. You cannot take your charges back against a convict. He cannot be out on bail either, unless the verdict is challenged in the higher court.

He might get released early on good behavior, I guess. Or he is out on parole.

Will this really help ayaan? He hasn't been proved innocent. Though he comes out people will treat like criminal only. N ways ayaan s pain has never been the focus of the show.

So vandana will think that maya has changed. Maya will get away with crimes.

Vandana & Ayaan both know he was innocent! Only vandana thinks maya has changed and not Ayaan!
But one thing! There is a leap in between!
When S1 to S2 change happened, CVs did not bother to explain why there was so much tension in Maya's house!

Similarly now, when P3 begins after a short leap, no one will explain how happiness returned to their home!

It is not one continuous story told on a timeline, but snapshots are taken at random points and then story progresses from there on! The gaps are left unexplained, deliberately!

ye to wahi baat ho gayi ki Maya kisi ko bhi jail bhej sakti hai or jail se nikal bhi sakti h...matlab Maya kuch bhi kar sakti h...then am sure during this helpless sequence, she is planning something to outsmart Samay.
