Because viewers now are possessive about the couple even I am I can't picture Shivaay with anyone else but Anika and I can't see Anika with anyone else but Shivaay also Arnav and Khushi I can't see them with anyone but eachother.

Shraddha Already mentioned that in times like this when relationships r fickle on screen u wud want to see strong relationship or rather relationship on which leads work hard to keep. Ofcourse there will be misunderstandings and hurt and anger... Yet working thru them makes the relationships wanted. Couples loved... Today at drop of a hat couples file for divorce siting compatibility issues... This wasn't what happened in past... In past real relationships did not see divorces so often.. Ppl worked on them... Infact that's why when Ekta showed multiple marriages it felt as if ppl had no patience in marriage or relationships had no depth... Breaking up with girl frnd is one thing..but break up with spouse is entirely diff thing... Between gf n BF relationship is only between girl n guy... Spouses dynamics is different coz all relations are at stake...

Shivaay was always caring towards Annika post the initial time when he really messed her life coz of his ego... Sahil hasn't had a good childhood coz of Bua... Post realizing Annika's innocence Shivaay has always been very caring towards her n sahil... She is in love with this man as much as he is in love... Why shud she move on? Just coz his so called mom wants to separate them... She shud bow down? Annika is perfect example of how ppl try to work towards marriage...

It takes a Journey to build a couple and progress there journey so why break them? That's also cheating the viewers.
