His sentence was of 2 years , so he could be out early on the basis of good behavior in jail..This means that poor fellow is out of jail and has completed his term and still will remain guilty in the eyes of the society.

Or

Is he out on bail...I doubt this because it looks like Vandana really thinks that motherhood has changed Maya and seems happy for her...It seems like all is in the past now and everyone has moved on.

Or

Somehow the blame will be put on Samay and hence Ayaan will be out.

I am sure Maya will be able to remove Samay from his life..He will end up in jail or in asylum or will be presumed dead but I think he will be back soon.

Saanjh was trying to open his father's mail...What about that ?

As far as Maya's concerned I am sure she is gonna cross limits this time as well as the show itself is called Beyhadh.

it is interesting to see how Vandana this time around believes while Ayaan doesn't coz he himself has experienced what Maya can do while earlier Ayaan used to believe Maya and Vandana didn't.

So, in the next phase again Maya and Arjun are living happily, Vandana thinks Maya has changed while Ayaan thinks she hasn't...Arjun seems unaware about everything as usual and is living in a bubble.

I am curious to know how Ayaan will get out and what about Saanjh rest all will be same in my opinion.

Ayaan will be proven right...Maya at some point will cross limits again.

Both Saanjh and Ayaan are waiting for their closure & justice respectively! Samay vanished? And Ashwin in Back story? What about Jhanvi, if she too recovered?

The makers could have gone straight to phase 3 after holi incident, if the real story is going to happen only in phase 3! Since they did not have a meaningful story to tell & wondering what to do for some 60 odd episodes ever since S2 began in March 21, the CVs were only dishing out utter crap day-in & day-out for past many weeks, wasting everyone's time!

The most possible reason for Ayan being released is that Maya may herself release him from Jail. This may be the reason why Vandana is happy with Maya in the promo. Samay being blamed for the fiasco is less likely cause Maya's wounds had Ayan's DNA on it. And it is kinda difficult for even Maya to state that 'not Ayan, but Samay tried to rape me'.

@Red: basically The cvs are just gonna recycle old tracks. Maya - Arjun happy, but Maya somehow gets insecure, she tries to control Arjun, he gets more farther away, she then takes extreme measures to control him.

Maybe in the leap, the baby might be in danger since last night's episode has already given us a hint that Maya may kill her 'jaan' to keep her 'pyar' near her. Vandana's time is also almost up as per her latest interview.

True! Maya was indeed making baby steps- a distinct transition of her character from grey to black! And she is still kicking & robust for a final show down with many turns and U-turns! Her success is largely due to a bunch of her inept opponents!
My frustration was due to poor handling of events, particularly the let down of Samay as a character which promised a very intense contest between him and Maya, at one point!
Ashwin-Maya battle was well developed story but Samay Aka Rajeev's back story was half-baked and unconvincing!
It will be really disappointing if Samay were to die & he would be seen only in back story-if at all- like Ashwin!
Not that, I am impressed with his ideology or intent, but he was the one who really showed having some guts to take on- the might of Maya- after Ashwin!

No Samay is seen in that promo, thank God for that.

Let's hope Maya comes back on track and her redemption process starts.

Redemption will be complete when peace and happiness get restored in her life!
Peace & happiness will come only if Maya can answer a woman who lost her husband and had barely survived two attempts on her life!
Assuming that woman is ready to forget & forgive everything because she is the mother of offender, Maya has to face a brother-in-law, who suffered a term in jail! Even if Ayaan is large hearted to accept it & let go for the sake of family, Maya still has to answer Mathur family for the loss of Prem! She can't put it on Samay as she only brought him in their life! Can she shove her dubious links with Samay aka Rajeev under carpet and live peacefully?

If Samay is dead, will that absolve her part? Maya did not let him die when the opportunity presented! A fall from terrace or death in water tank could have left her hands clean! Now, if she is changing her mind on him & going to see his end, her problems will only grow! Samay has insured his life with a blackmail of his 'ghost' sending all incriminating information to Arjun! will it deter her or she had enough of him?

And,if he is still alive, then there is no peace for her!

I hope Maya is more positive this time around.
There's a lot of Maya haters on this forum.
