Question about 'Vishwatma' (1992 film)

Hi all. I had a question about Vishwatma that I hope someone here might be able to help me out with.

Amrish Puri and his family are named after various snakes. Amrish himself is called "Ajgar" which I know means "python". His son (Mahesh Anand) is called "Raaj naag", does this mean "King Cobra"?? Also his brother (Kiran Kumar) is called "Naag danch". What does this mean in English? What type of snake is it?

I think it might be Naag Danth as in Snake Tooth and not Naag Danch (!)

Thanks for your input. Ya I guess it could be that. I am not very proficient in Hindi. It sounded like "Danch" (which I'm guessing is not a Hindi word?).
