Verbally he hasn't..!

But,

Their eyes speak..!

Their hands speak.!

Their hearts speak.!

Of Course they don't show each other the green signal...its a tinge of yellow (at least from Anika's side="dosti ")

They thoroughly stick to..

They haven't.

And in my honest opinion, I think they don't even need to.

What they have is so much more than just love. It's magic!

Love is too small a word for what they feel for each other and share😳

No and I don't think its necessary. But i guess next game will be who says pyaar. So yes it will happen i think. Anika will need that verbal assurance.
