Stop the Press. Australia have been bowled out for 133 at home. That is a rare phenomenon. Arundhati Reddy was the pick of the bowlers with a four wicket haul. Renuka also bowled well and gave away only 14 runs in her spell of 4 overs. The spinners didn't have much help but Charani bowled well to the lower middle order batters. Voll, Litchfield, Perry and Wareham got starts but none could kick on. The batters seemed to be in a hurry and paid the price for it. 134 needed for India to take a 1-0 lead.

Australia's deep batting line-up gets rolled for 133 in 18 overs. Arundhati Reddy and Renuka Singh were sensational. Ranuka set the tone early with a maiden and two wickets. Reddy then ripped through the middle and lower order. Richa Ghosh keeping up played a big part as Reddy hit a perfect length throughout on a surface that has some hold in it. Australia really battled for timing. Wareham top scored with 30 off 19 among a host of unfulfilled starts. India have a great chance to take the opening match here if they bat well.
