It's not clear. He says outloud in his mind that Chamki is such a nautanki and itni mehnat aur natak toh biwi ko manane ke liye bhi nahin karna pada.

no he don't...
he might develop feelings for chamki and that is how CVs are going to redeem him..and might even risk his life for her and that is how he is going to define new definition of love (as per shoaib pre show iv) and hold mishaal

they sometimes show things just to confuse us..so I think there is a 50/50 chance that Abhi knows it is geetu only and is playing along..nothing is impossible..
