Friday's Roumya scene

So I finally managed to watch Friday's episode, and unsurprisingly, I found myself bawling my eyes out in the Raumya scene. It was short, sweet and subtle. I wasn't crying so much at the scene, but just by all the potential that has gotten lost.. as well as me being a bit sad anyway😆

I know there are rumours of Neha actually being in the show, but unless that is genuinely confirmed by Gul or Harneet, I just can't. The dialogues, just everything seemed like a genuinely goodbye from Sounya's scene. The way Sounya said "we shouldn't have thought we could go beyond friendship" or something.. my heart broke. It is totally unfair. Complete injustice..and btw, I will absolutely lose it if we see Ruu fall in 'love' with a pretty, skinny girl.. also, if Soumya just suddenly goes unmentioned. Juat no way, no friggin way😡

It did look like it was Nehas last scene, and i have always missed her even when she was a part of IB, and now, i will be missing her more. Gul and harneet, they somewhat have confirmed that the new girl will be the FL for Leenesh, so yeah, it was the last Rumya scene!

AND, coming to what Neha said, true, she hasnt quit the show, the makers got a new FL and asked her to leave. so even if the fans beg her, saying that PLEASE JOIN THE SHOW AGAIN / PLEASE DONT QUIT / WE WANT RUMYA / RUMYA ONLY, she really doesnt have anything to do about it! They asked her to leave IB AND THATS SAD!

I cried. Because like you, I saw what could have been... and all that wasted away just like that. Even in that scene, you could feel the chemistry and I wish I could shake Gul and the CVs by their shoulders and shove them in the screen to see what we can all see.

I want to believe so bad that Neha is only leaving for a bit but I know better than that. Its just a ruse to calm us down. It WAS an actual goodbye. Especially that line where she say "...humne yeh soch ke galti kardi ke hamare beech dosti se zyaada bhi kuch ho sakta hai"
Those lines were to show the audience an end to Saumya...and to RumYa.

And I've said this before, with due respect to the new actress Mansi, this might be slightly offensive but I hope the track with her does not turn out well so they have to bring Saumya back. In the meanwhile, I'll keep commenting on all pages of Star Plus and of 4 lions to let them know the displeasure.

That scene was really sad and heartbreaking. I didn't cry coz I hardly cry while watching movies or shows. But that last Rumya scene was just beyond amazing. It gave a bittersweet feeling.

Yes, it was short but that scene was soul stirring. It actually made me nostalgic making me remembering the old Rumya scenes. It felt like I'm saying goodbye to an old friend, whom I'll never meet again. Last time I felt like that while watching the last part of Harry Potter series.

Even though Soumya just said that they were "just friends", but it was very clear that she was lying and she actually loved Rudra. On the other hand, I don't think Rudra ever loved Soumya. I think he always considered Soumya only as a friend and nothing more than that. That's what I made out from Rumya's last scene. Coz the pain I saw in Soumya's face, wasn't visible on of Rudra's. That scene had a lot of depth and the ending made sense IMO.

So this was the best ending this couple could have got right now. That scene could have been a bit longer. It actually looked edited out, probably because Gul had to show more important things in the episode like Pinky and Nayanthara fights.

Rumya could have got a much better and proper farewell. Gul could have given an episode dedicated to them, by showing their feelings for each other more properly. Because atleast in some point of time they were the leads of this show. But even expecting that much from Gul was too much I guess.

It's surprising for me to see that some people are still believing in Gul's "on-break" nonsense after what she did with Ishana.

It's more than clear that it was the last scene of Soumya. And I don't think that this new girl will not be accepted. No offense but Rumya's popularity is only online, coz this couple was never promoted as the leads of this show. Online fans may not accept this new girl, but I don't see any reason that why TRP aunties will not accept her. And as Gul said, she only cares about TRP aunties and not the online fandom.

Even if Neha comes back, then also I don't think that we'll get a proper track for Rumya. They will again get sidelined and play wallpapers coz Gul never had a story for this couple and never have one. So it's better if Neha doesn't comes back coz she and Leenesh deserve a much better treatment.

On a light note, I think Ishana and Soumya are really lucky girls. I mean being an Oberoi bahu definitely sucks 😆
It's good that they got saved from this weird family. 😆
