In this one matter, Anika is far more vulnerable than him...she is terrified of how vulnerable her love for him makes her...so yes, to hear these words from him would probably imbue her with strength and not make her feel so vulnerable in love all the time...she draws a lot from his strength, his assurance...as he does from hers...they only display these vulnerabilities to each other.

Yup, Anika is the more vulnerable one.. I think Anika has stood by Shivaay's side through thick or thin... even after the way he has behaved! Shivaay knows she is just too nice!!Anika's actions are enough for him! Her love has made him STRONGER and BETTER man.. Anika on the other hand, has just been too scared of this FLIPP-ER/ mercurial man.. She has been subconsciously following her heart or instinct as far as this man is concerned.. So, yes love has made her vulnerable! I really think now that the Real Shivaay is Standing up 😉😆, It is time for Anika to find her strength in her love as well!! 😊

Well said 👏 and well done cvs 👏 for keeping it real and grounding their relationship in trust, camaraderie, understanding and friendship essentials for long term relationship. That is why this week despite being light hearted is poignant in their relationship. They are negotiating emotional and physical space between them and creating new terms for their relationship as status of their relationship have changed from temporary to permanent. And that is what you do too when relationship goes through different phases. What I have always loved about their relationship arc is the time it took to develop it was not instantaneous first love or one sided love (or lust). Theirs is a story about people making an effort to overcome thier own shortfalls and insecurities to make their relationship work. And that is why I do not mind the pace of their relationship especially in terms of physical side after all slow and steady wins the race. Shivaay is not a young teen or tween who can't control himself after seeing some shoulder or stomach, plus he is SSO his middle name is control. He is mature man who has had at least two very serious relationships which were quite possibly physical as well. He also knows Anika is bit uncomfortable with being intimate.
