Poor Arzoo. 😭 There was an article the the BMTD section that Arzoo had kidney stones and also lost her mother the day she was operated. Some of the actors from Dulhann also helped to get her money for an operation. It's so sad to hear she has uterus cancer now. Poor girl, she's still very young and going through so much. God bless her.

It's nice that people are helping her out.😳 That's very kind of them. But I wonder why Nupur gave out that info about her marraige? hmm...

isent Arzoo the girl who was a Vamp. and wanted to steal Sagar away from Vidya in Dulhann..and then she bought a kid saying it was Sagar's and stuff..
