Damn! What a dreamy still of Zeenat Aman & Vijay Arora from the iconic song "Chura liya hein tumne jo dil ko". They looked so lovely together in that song!

zeenat never looked so beautiful in any of her films like she did in this song,the lyrics were good too bahaar ban k aoon kabhi tumhari duniya me guzar na jaye ye din kahin isi tammana me ❤️@NP who's vijay arora was he a big star back then

CP can tell this better. She's encyclopaedia of BW. 😆 I don't know much about him but I think he's one of those forgotten heroes. Pretty much on the same level like Kumar Gaurav etc. BTW, he expired in 2007.

Not a big star. He had weak onscreen presence and came across awkwardly off putting on screen. But he did get to play opposite some really strong actress or played second banana to stronger actors. He does have few hits in his kitty. He sort of copied Shashi Kapoor but lacked the latter's charm. 😆

Vijay Arora had debuted in 1972, with Reena Roy; Zaroorat. Not sure if it was Reena Roy's first film also. Yaadon Ki Baarat, ( must say quite an iconic film; with some of best songs and also a child Aamir Khan; and a very young Neetu Kapoor in just one song- le kar hum diwana dil) released in 1973.

Vijay Arora is best known as Indrajit/Meghnadh of Ramayan made by Ramanand Sagar. He was a good actor and of all the mythological versions of Ramayan I have seen, he was the best Meghnadh. Though films wise, I think this film is his best known work.
