There's no whole or half National Anthem. The stanza you quoted is from a poem Bharot Bhagyo Bidhata written in 1911.

Only the first stanza (slightly Hindized) was adopted as National Anthem of India in 1950.

Sonam Kapoor was totally wrong when she mentioned that "remember the lines from NA that you recited as children." Nobody recited those as children as it's not India's National Anthem.
