No. You get paid for the time and effort you put into making a finished product. When an actress puts in equal amount of time and effort, why should she be paid less?

I hate to use SRK as an example, i am a fan, but look at him. He's got stellar screen presence and charisma, yet he's failed to deliver at the box office recently. Why? You can't win if you don't have a solid script.
