Although, to be fair, she makes really insightful and balanced posts when she intends to be serious.

Which forum you are referring to Krystal?

I used to be on BV forum regularly and some other forums irregualrly. Now I am on JNDSD forum quite regularly.

Don't twist and turn my words. In this case too it won't be wrong in its place. Because when a brilliant one is staging a crime, she'll make sure everything is perfect and people are fooled. Like here people have.
I just want this show to end with lots of revelations. I wait only for that. And I won't comment in such threads again. Kyunki baat ka batangar banana humko nhi aata na hi humse dekha jaata hai.

I don't understand why can't u agree that people have different opinions and everyone's view is different.

Each one has their own opinion & it's impossible to expect everyone should see the same way you are looking at it. And most importantly if you believe you are right that doesn't mean others are nuts to have their belief in their opinion.

Because from your comments I feel who ever is disagreeing your views is considered fools According to you. Period.

You mostly misread my posts and come and quote and comment. I absolutely agree people can hold different views but for me my view is correct and I strongly stick to that. Just because I'm trying to put forward points people can't make claims that I'm justifying rape and disregarding court of law because that's absolute bullshit. I didn't call anyone nuts rather I said I'm not nuts who would consider rape not a crime. But you mostly misinterpret and misjudge my words for no reason. And not fools at all, if you hold different opinions but obviously I do think you people have a contracted mindset regarding maya, justifying her every every every possible action. This though I understand is a sensitive issue, can you just point out one single incident when you didn't justify her? I have put forward in different posts in different threads why I can't justify her. Can you put forward one single reason why you are hell bent in justifying her every every every single action? I don't have any problem in people having different opinions, but please don't misjudge my posts too. That's all.

They just see a situation and interpret it in the simplest way possible forgetting that the character concerned is the most manipulative in the show and all of a sudden a man doesn't turn a rapist. This simple thing doesn't show up to them because they're satisfied with the easiest possible explanations to what has been shown.

In the above reply u have given to someone here is what I read and quoted u for that exactly.

Because the thing is whatever reasons we hold to justify maya we all have mentioned already many times and also we all say everytime she will have to pay her wrong deeds as everyone else. But the fact is we can never agree if u say rest of the characters like saanjh, Vandana , arjun or ayan are not saints.

And yeah even I didn't find your any of the posts to appreciate whatever positive points maya holds

I had didn't justify her actions when I didn't feel like right. And even though if I have justified her every single time I mentioned my reasons and I can have my own opinion, there's no need to question.

People who are justifying maya they have their own reasons.let them do Na.

Btwn Can u tell me one incident where you justified maya? If I'm hell bent on justifying maya actions then it's my opinion & my views on the matter. No I'm not misjudging your posts. Just letting u know people are having their own reasons to justify anyone.

I never thought that my first comment on this forum would be on such a topic . I am mostly a silent reader but just couldn't hold myself back from commenting here .

Now, the way I see it , there is a very good chance that this attempt to rape / sexual assault was most likely staged by Maya herself. Having seen her psychotic tendencies and how capable she is of self- harm , I wouldn't be suprised if it turns out to be that way . But having said that , I myself experienced a bit of shock and outrage over some of the comments here which were made in a bid to acquit Ayaan and in that sense I do agree with the TM. The only reason I am able to give Ayaan the benefit of doubt here, is because it is MAYA on the other side and NOT because of the following reasons -

It didn't look like a sexual assault. It was just manhandling .
He only pinned her down and did not attempt to touch her privates .
Only the sleeves of her dress was torn. (He didn't attempt to undress her completely?)
No actual rape happened.

Let me just say that what was shown on the screen was a clear attempt to rape /sexual assault and had there not been an intervention , what would have happened is something nobody knows at this point in time . Now , why do I find the above comments disturbing and shocking ? For one , rape /molestation and attempt to rape / molestation is a serious crime as well as a sensitive issue. Everyday we have such cases being reported in the news and at least some of the comments here are shockingly similar to the comments passed by a section of the people who engage in victim blaming. I know this is a fictional show where Maya, the supposed victim , is shown to be a psychopath and hence the urge to acquit Ayaan , who is the supposed perpetrator. But I would personally wait for the real facts to be disclosed and not engage in dissecting the molestation scene to prove Ayaan 's innocence. This is strictly my POV , which I expressed only because I felt a strong urge to do so and not necessarily to contradict the viewpoints expressed on the thread here .
