Abhishek Bachchan in Nishikant Kamat's next action thriller

Actor Abhishek Bachchan is teaming up with director Nishikant Kamat for a thriller drama. The project will be produced by KriArj entertainment and Kyta Productions. "Abhishek has loved the idea and he is charged up for this film as he has never tried his hands at thriller films. There are no specific prep work required for the film," sources

"The shoot for the film will begin from May this year and hopefully the film will release during winter. The film will mostly be shot in two schedules," the sources added.

Nishikant Kamat has directed Rocky Handsome and Madaari last year. On the other hand Abhishek Bachchan was last seen in Housefull 3.

This is example of Nepotism !!

Not Varun -Alia. They are bringing money , their movie is selling tickets. So if they get best deals, it is still logically OK.

If Jr wasn't a Bachchan, will he get this movie?

It is possible that he is secretly putting money in the movie .

At least Abhishek has the looks and talent.

Alia and Varun don't have the look and were given enough time and scope to hone their acting skills.

Ranbir is too a pure product of nepotism if you go by the loss he brought to producers. This and he doesn't really have the looks. He used to be overshadow by Imran Khan in the looks department.

alia and varun were given enough time..and what about abhishek? the guy who gave 15..yes 15..back to back flops before giving one success that too in a multistarrer. Not to forget he was absolutely wooden in the first few movies with barely any expressions.

as for looks..very subjective again..one cannot list as facts..on a popular opinion many girls find VD a lot more attractive than they ever found AB jr

abhishek is decently talented, but yes he is a product of nepotism

however he is a good guy, which doesn't make it look so awful

Even Akshay and Salman got movies after so many flops.. Bechare AB ne kisi ka kia begara hai? Who knows.. Even he can be an underrated, classic actor some years down the road

Shahrukh too got one after MM and continues to get despite under performance

Still, her definition of nepotism seems flawed to me. It's not because alia and Varun have better career management and deliver hit movies that it means nepotism was ok in this case.

The real question should be would they have succeeded had they been launched in the early 00's ? As for Abhishek wouldn't he have had a better career if he had been launched post-2010 ?

definitely not

we as audience were more forgiving then..less vocal on gender issues/nepotism then

if abhi came post 2010

there is no way he would have had it as easy as he did in early 2000s despite 15 back to back flops

so many articles alone would have been written on how he keeps getting chances thanks to.nepotism

he should thank his stars he debuted at a time audience were less vocal..media less advanced and spread..and no social media..
