It's nothing new. This arthouse and commercial cinema divide was always there. People who watched theatre and arthouse movies were deemed to be intellectuals and the ones who liked commercial cinema were tagged as front benchers,ruffians,down market etc; it's still better now situation was worse in 60's-70's.

Sabki apni apni definition hai good aur bad ki..jise jo pasand hai wo acchha, baaki sab bura..😆

And some people can cry and cry about masala movies but theatre mein dekhne usi ko jaayenge..uske baad complain karenge ki art movies ko recognition nahi milta..😆

Kaliyug hai... hypocrite and judgemental hona is the trend..😆
