LMFAO - did they forget Dishoom? that was a failure... what about Badalpur?

He plays the same role in every film. He barely can emote. I'd take Ranveer over Varun any day. Can you imagine Varun playing Lootera role? or even Bajiro.

Dishoom may not have been a huge hit but it was certainly profitable in its 2 week run despite being panned from all sides. Can't say the same for a lot of his contemporaries films that trended the same way.

Badlapur had an ADULTS only certificate - Varun's core fanbase is the youth, still the film managed to make 50cr+ and have hit status with a pretty good opening for the film's theme.

After watching Badri, I've learnt not to limit Varun. I can't answer unless Varun does a similar role but then again, why should he? 😆 Challo I'll ask you... can Ranveer do a Badri? 😊
