You cannot question anyone's desire to have his own kid.. Adoption is indeed a great thing but there is nothing wrong in wanting to have your own blood too.. I don't get why people have to make this into some sort of competition between surrogacy and adoption

To be brutal, in my head, surrogacy is an ego trip. There are too many children in India that should be adopted.

Totally agree with this man.. I am also somehow against this idea, there are so many financially deprived/orphan kids why not adopt them? I for one really admire Sushmitha Sen for this reason..

Does he have any idea how hard it is to adopt for a single man, gay or straight anywhere in the world ? It is easier for a single woman to adopt.

It is very difficult to adopt even as a single man in America, again gay or straight where adoption is more common and gay marriage is legal. Like hell KJO will be allowed to adopt legally in India unless he buys a child. 🤔

People can say what they want. Look at the legal system. Having a child is not an ego trip. These two babies are not accidents. They were very much planned. KJO for all his frivolity must have thought about this a lot. I am fully confident this one of the most well thought out decisions of his life and he went into it with his eyes fully open.

Well said!! And had he been able to work around the law and adopted a child then too there was EVERY chance that kid can be taken from him on him being gay grounds, telling that he is screwing that kid's brain by being gay. Or whole life of the child he would be criticized as to how unsuitable he is to be a dad to 'someone ELSE'S' kid/s!
Why give people do that to him and ruin it for him? Now he has biological kids who is HIS OWN that no one is legally able to take from him
For all his faults I'm completely with him on this..

While WR is doing something admirable it's each to his or her own.. he can do it and another gay man/ couple can have their own biological children

Yes even if we have them out of benevolence & love, it is still about self.
My legacy, my genes, my kids, my blood...my motivation to live...my reason to work...I enjoy kids...I like kids...my support system...lol...it is all about self at the core. Any living thing wants to replicate itself...that's how species survive! And that's ok. Lol! Humanity needs to survive! What's not ok is to treat your dna like your property & not another human being!

I agree with WR. But I am ok with others having their own kids if they want. Life is about choices.

I think so. On the deleted part of Koffee with Kapil, Kapil asked him how he avoids parental pressure regarding marriage.. KJo replied in his 20s and 30s parents tried to convince, but now his mom doesn't ask him fearing he'd come out ("Zyada puch liya toh mujhe sach bata dega," he said his mom fears)

Hope people don't call her a homophobe too... I heard he made fun of gays in his movies... So I guess that would make him one too 🤔
