Khans have reached a place where they know more than thing or two about Bollywood, movies, success and failure.

It is no secret youngsters are working hard to gain a stronger footing in the industry. What advice should they give to younger generation.

Pick any member from younger generation of your choice and think what they can learn from each khan.

1. SRK- how to be a star and know it., and work hard towards making the world realise it. Nurture your talent, dont be over-confident of your skills. How to romance on screen 😆 And how to rock anti-hero roles.

2. Salman- we often underestimate Salman. but I always believe, those who are on top, there is always a reason why they are where they are. In KKK KJo had asked Arbaaz something on lines of, why is there difference between his and Salman's success. Arbaaz replied that Salman is really dedicated towards his work and he isn't the same way. Even if its late night/morning 3 am, Salman never misses his work out; even if he has to listen to a story narration then he will. He is really dedicated towards his work. The only holidays Salman takes are on his Birthday each year. "He looks forward to work and we look forward to holidays". Also, how to be a superstar without letting it show; and learn from mistakes.

3. Aamir: How to discover one's strengths and be the master of what you do. Dedication, focus, clarity, how to make a clever balance between commercial and story-based cinema. How to transform from a chocolate boy image to an actor of calibre.

P.S.: its very easy to again use this post to bitch about Khans, say pinpoint their negatives. but there is always something to learn from everyone. I'd rather focus on positives, regardless of my favourites.
