In today's episode Nisha told Adi how he will go against her for his family but she wishes if only he would go against his family for her, And shes's also jealous about it. At that brief moment pain crossed her face. Later when she was talking to her mother (looks like a new actress. Don't like the character but the actress looks better) she told her mother she hates the family because Aditya always put them first.
So is Adi to be blamed for Nisha's behaviour? Even if he is it doesn't justify Nisha's cruel deeds.

The family is Adi's first priority and Nisha hates that.But Adi is not to be blamed for Nisha's behavior.
Fighting for one's rights is correct but Nisha's ways to do it are way beyond the limits. Changing medicines is actually a crime.

She is teaching the wrong values to her own kids.Regarding the children even if they were living separately Nisha would have done the same things she is doing now like telling Binni she need not study and work hard and bribing the teacher.

I think it is a combination of things. Firstly I would say her upbringing is to be blamed. Her mother is extremely self centered, selfish and greedy! Nisha as a person wants Adi's love and attention but she equally is very materialistic. If you put property and money vs her children and Adi she would pick the former hands down.

Adi is to be blamed because maybe he wasn't as ambitious as Nisha would have liked or may have put his family ahead of her which has created this stigma in her mind that Adi doesnt care. The biggest blame is their incompatibility Nisha is after the finer things in life and power whereas Adi believes in emotions and memories.

I won't blame Adi one bit. I don't think she ever loved him. She married him because he's rich and she wants to covet his wealth.

Maybe somewhere Adi is to be blamed any wife living in the extended family would want security for her husband and kids, which is totally fine. But there are correct ways of doing that. I also understand that Adi always putting his family first is not fair on the wife. I feel like That Adi didn't give Nisha that time and always chose his family over her which made her like this. There can be many Stories. It would be nice if they revealed some clues instead of dragging this
