Her upper body is not meant for such dress. She has broad shoulders.

If somebody posts something funny about priyanka chopra's dress or her style, immediately we are provided with links about "How Hollywood (don't you know, so much better than you plebes) press and people love her, How everybody in Hollywood is going gaga gaga"!!!!!

😆So we can't make fun of her, what do we know, we are not Hollywood! Only Hollywood can decide what is best and we need to follow. 👏
