Are you talking about Deepika Padukone? I think her hair made a different. I saw her YJHD, Cocktail, Ram Leela and Chennai Express, her hair with a little curly and up like a princess/doll.

In Piku, Bajirao Mastani and xXx 3, her hair was straighten.

She is styled beautifully and the hair looks gorgeous however the nose looks so different these days.

Otherwise sharp nose has started looking very flat at the bridge with a sudden pointy tip. Could be makeup, could be ageing.There's definitely a change.
