I constantly go back and forth from believing she has serious emotional difficulties to believing she is just a terrible person (although I guess that also qualifies as mental). Right now its hard for me to believe she would continue to lash out at Hrithik and Shahid on the cusp of a very important film release if she does not have some terrible self destructiveness that she simply cannot control.

Her behavior reads to me as someone with poor perception of herself and the world. She behaves as if she must be an aggressor or a victim 24/7, as if there is no middle ground - in fact she said essentially that in an interview recently. The fact that she feels she need to be constantly looking for someone victimizing her may because really she self identifies as a victim. Many people who self praise (when they needn't) and demean others (to feel/look better in comparison)have very low self esteem and tons of insecurities. Lots of insecure people cover up with OTT confidence/arrogance but it's fake and covers a bottomless pit of want, envy, and fear.
