Anushka S Graces the Cover of Vogue Magazine

The month of march is all about celebrating all kinds of women! Vogue India has decided to tribute the month of women by setting examples of feminism and who better to be on the cover than Anushka Sharma? They've roped in the Phillauri actress on board! So the diva has been featured on the cover of one of the leading fashion magazine and clearly, the cover is high on chicness! Usually, when we imagine the actress, she has a more bold and strong personality that gives her an edge. And as the magazine celebrates women, we're seeing this whole new side of Anushka that is abundant on chicness but with a tinge of "I own the world" vibe to it. We're already fans of the blunt bangs! So yes, for the cover, Sharma has worn a gorgeous Dior ensemble.

Honestly, there couldn't have been a better pick. Anaita truly is a magician when it comes to styling the best looks for the magazine photoshoots. She has made Anushka look strong yet feminine. Need we say more? The Dior ensemble deserves respect and you girls better stand up and applaud. We are specifically crushing hard on the blunt bangs. It has been out of fashion for a while now but guess its time to bring it on. We also like the "We should all be feminists" tee that has earlier been donned by Rihanna and Natalie Portman. Channeling the biggies of Hollywood and how!

We've already been swamped with some really cool power dressing outings of the actress. But here, she proves a point. That you don't need to dress in a certain way to make your idea come forth. You just need to have the right quotes on your sleeves *wink*. We also like the way she's slumped on the chair, owning the cover and caring a damn about etiquettes. Time to twist the rules, is it, Anushka? We'll soon see her in her own production venture, Phillauri. The movie also stars Suraj Sharma (yes, the Life of Pi famed actor) and Diljit Dosanjh in pivotal roles. In the movie, Anushka actually plays the role of a friendly ghost. Now ain't that cute?
