The truth is there is no right and wrong in this situation

at this stage Soha must be having mixed emotions she is only a little girl

circumstances are such that Dev wants his child to know he is the father he is not been insensitive its that craving of been a father that's all he wants remember its just few hours that he learned he is a father

There was nothing right or wrong...It is all abt how the child has expected that first meeting with her father...and it definetely was not like what happened, so she was supposed to get shocked...

Sona was right...a child should be prepared for such big disclosures...

I agree. Mostly I am very critical of Dev but this time I feel he was impulsive and driven by emotions and blurted out the truth

GOOD!!!! if she run away because her father also does the same runs into the lap of his mom.
Soha is indeed his daughter that's the better proof.

My POV below are the feeling that this poor 6 year old experienced within a fraction of few minutes.

Fear (of the unknown dad), shock (to know that the person whom you admired and wished that his qualities were there in your dad, is actually your dad in reality,) apprehension ( what if he is not good to you like how he was towards your mom,) love and respect ( he is the best person according to her own mom) , concern ( how will i face mamma now)

isn't this a myraid of emotions for a small girl?

my heart goes to Soha, she needs a very tight hug from her mom, i will not be surprised if Cv's show that soha goes into a shell for a while and that will trigger Dev.

I shall tell u what the problem is here !

Soha has been presented with an idea about her Dad from the Boses. Sona did tell her the good things as well as the ones which were not good.

Once you tell children all, you have actually let the cat out of the bag. Its not in your hands now to decide what they will pick and how much.

When Dev told Soha yesterday he was her dad, the poor baby was a in a dilemma that how could that be true since she said just two minutes back that if her Dad could not keep her mom happy, she will also not be happy with her dad however she really really adores Golu's BigCha. She is very attracted to him and his demeanour.

Here comes the conflct in the Child's mind that what she is feeling is wrong or right.

Everyone said her mom was not happy with her Dad but she enjoyed his company !!!!!

Can u imagine this is a horrible horrible situation for the kid !!!! And who has put her into it. Both Dev and Sona !!!

She at this age is thinking if she shall break her promise to her mother. I am really really not appreciative now of the Parenting that has been given to Soha in the Bose house. If its not bad its not good either !!!

Thats why she ran and ran!! unable to decide between what she felt and what she has been told. She just did not run coz Dev told her he was her Dad, she ran cause she had a conflict in her head and heart.
