We all thought Soha will run and embrace her father as soon as she will know Dev is her father but she ran from there thinking about the promise she made to her mother.

Is this reaction normal or abnormal or i should say right or wrong?

I think it was right. Suhana is just a 6 year old girl for whom family means mother and her family. Yes she knows she has a father, she knows who father is but at age of 6 years she doesnt understands what is a feeling of being a daughter to a father means. She got confused after knowing the person sitting in front of her is her father but her small brain could only understand that she had promised her mother she doesnt want to meet her. Actually while making that promise also she din know what is the feeling of meeting a father is, she just understood that her mother will be unhappy. Thus, she ran away from there.

Very deeply thought reaction from CVs.

IMO there is no right or wrong in this situation. She was probably scared. I mean she suddenly meets her father and didnt know how to react. She knows he is a good man but she also feel like he will take her away from her mom since she knows they cant live together I wish Dev handled it more sensitively but Soha will come along in a while. Just give her time.

It was the most normal reaction from a child... she has been brought up very well by Sona... and a slap on Ishwari's face... All these comparisons are bound to come out in the following episodes...
We waited for 260 episodes... wha is with a few more... interesting days ahead...

So true... I was appalled that she had mixed reaction first she was happy and shocked and instantly she remembered her promise to her mother. She just panicked.

How come the security guard allowed her to go out of the school?

An action of a 6 yr old child is above right or wrong or judgments, that's why they are surrounded by sound adults who need to act and react carefully around the kids because every action will have anninfluence on the kid.

However, we can see if Soha's reaction was normal or not. She wakes up one fine morning and a recently met uncle comes and tells her that he is her father. How would she supposed to behave ? Very normal reaction. This is one reason why Sona spoke about the preparedness of the CHILD to face this reality/truth, it's not just about hiding anymore.

Clearly Soha was not prepared to meet her father. Despite wanting to explore her curiosity, she wasn't reqdy to meet her father which is evident today. So apt reaction by Soha I would say. Dev has turned out to be extremely insensitive of a child's emotion. Dixit blood.

P.S. - This reminds me of Friends episode where Phoebe, throughout the episode is so eager to meet her father, but in the final moment, backs ouy and could not meet her father because she realized she wasn't 'ready'.

My son is18 & my hhusband and I separate when he was 7 so he knew his father well but he doesn't want to talk to him, I also gave my son a full authority but he refuses to contact with him so for me Soha's reaction is quite normal.

I guess it was right!
She's too young to understand and adapt changes!
She was shocked and tried to escape the situation coz she was confused how to react and moreover she's knows that her mother is not happy with her father!
And hence was'nt sure to get close with her dad
