#Riddle no. 4 :

Answer is Pensieve.

Doesn't belong to everyone,

Pensieve only belongs to Dumbledore and Snape.
Special things I possess,

It can contain special memories of special occassions important to that person.
Many moments associated with me,

Many moments of Harry with Dumbledore associated with it- Dumbledore's special class with Harry in sixth year.
And one worse incident with me had made him pay a large value.

Harry had seen the memory of Snape in his absence where his father and his friends teasing him- and when Snape found out that, he threw Harry out of his Occlumency class and stop giving his lessons thereafter. And its the very reason why he had been trapped by Voldemort by giving him the fake vision of Voldemort torturing Sirius in the Department of Mysteries and Sirius died indirectly as a result of it.

I was in elite group

I went through the worst

Not death though

Accused punished were also elite.

PS I know it's a bad one. But keep guessing. I dont like any thread being dead for long time.
