CDI will remain one of my fav movie forever.

Dangal box office collection day 3: Aamir Khan's film BEATS the three-day total of Salman Khan's Sultan

Aamir Khan's Dangal BEATS the 3-day collection of Salman Khan's Sultan...

Aamir Khans Dangal set the box office on fire as it released on December 23. It earned a massive Rs 106.95 crore in the opening weekend. As trade analyst Taran Adarsh revealed about the detailed collections through his tweet, "#Dangal Fri 29.78 cr, Sat 34.82 cr, Sun 42.35 cr. Total: Rs 106.95 cr [incl Tamil and Telugu]. India biz. FANTABULOUS!"

If you compare this collection with the first three day's collection of Sultan, you will realise that Aamir Khan has beaten Salman Khan this year. Sultan had collected Rs 105.34 crore, as compared to Dangals Rs 106.95 crore. However, even though Dangal has beaten Sultans three-day collection, it couldn't challenge the first weekend collection of Sultan, which still stands at a staggering Rs 180.36 crore (5 day weekend). I dont understand why Sultan can't be compared to Dangal! Both are movies that are targeted to mainstream audience starring Khans! The fact is that Dangal is way better as a movie and the collections and critical acclaims are self explanatory!
