In a luxurious 7 star hotels lounge, which was beautifully decorated with Red and white colors roses, curtains..There stood 2 ppl dancing on a soft music..

Person 1: Umm..ek puchu?

person 2: hmm..

P1: Maya.. (n stops the dance midway)

Maya: kya baat hai Arjun? Everything fine?

Arjun: no..nothing is fine..mujhe plzz batao kya hua hai?? tum ase behave kyu kar rahi ho?? sab theek toh hai na? aaj kal tum mujh pr gussa bhi nahi karti? mujhse normal baat karti ho, infact mere liye tumne chai bhi banayi..yeh sab kyu?

Maya: tum itna bhi nahi samjhe?

Arjun: matlab?

Maya: Arjun, (took his hand in hers) because I love u..

Arjun: what?? (n backoff)

Maya who was smiling looked shocked n kept staring at her now empty hand n slowly looked at Arjun in anger..

Arjun: Maya yeh kya bol rahi ho tum?

Maya: Arjun, kya kya? I love u..n I know even u love me..warna tum yaha mujhse milne nahi ate..

Arjun: Maya, mujhe laga tumne mujhe dinner k liye yaha bulaya hai..yeh, yeh toh meine sapne me bhi nahi socha tha...

Maya: Arjun..dekho..

Arjun: m sorry Maya..but I don't love u..mein tumhe humesha ek boss k nazar se hi dekha hai..mein tumhari respect karta hu..n I really feel honoured to work with u..pr pyaar..

Maya: toh kya tum, Saanjh se pyaar...

Arjun: dusky??? GOD!!!! no!!! woh mera yaar hai..meri bff..pyaar karta hu..pr as a friend..woh mera support system hai..

Maya looks down n slowly leaves the lounge..Arjun starts following her but she stops him n goes inside her room..

Arjun is in his room..thinking about Maya..

Arjun: Maya, Maya Mehrotra mujhse pyaar karti hai???

Suddenly his iPhone rang..

Arjun: hmm..bol dusky..

Saanjh: kya hua? mood off kyu hai?

Arjun: tujhe kse pata mera mood off
hai?

Saanjh: teri aawaj se duffer!! chal bataa..kya hua?

Arjun thinking to himself
Dusky ko sab abhi bataa du kya? nahi..100 sawaal karegi..Mumbai jaane k baad hi bataa hu..

Saanjh: duffer!!! zinda hai na? bolega kuch?

Arjun: haa, woh bas teri aur Ayaan ki yaad aa rahi hai..

Saanjh: awww!! miss toh hum bhi tujhe kar rahe hai..

Arjun: chal, mein phone rakhta hu, kal ek imp meeting hai..uske baad wapis aana bhi toh hai..

Saanjh: okay..gn duffer..khayal rakh apna..

Arjun: gn dusky..tu bhi..byee..

Arjun could not sleep n thought of taking a night walk to clear his mind..

Arjun was walking..lost in his own thoughts n dejected he turned to return back to his hotel, when he got a call..

Arjun: itne raat ko kon call kar raha hai?? Riya?? yeh isse kya ho gaya?? hello?

Riya: hello Arjun, kaha ho tum?

Arjun: yahi hu, kya hua?

Riya: Maya ma'am ko meine call kiya tha aaj k meeting k baare me puchne k liye, unhone call nahi uthaya toh mein unke room gayi unse puchne toh ma'am door open nahi kar rahi..

Arjun: toh room service se extra key mangao ya phir unhe hi kaho ki door open karke de..

Riya: meine kaha unse..pr woh log keh rahe hai ki Maya ma'am ne strict warning di hai k extra keys kisiko na de aur unhe disturb bhi na kare..aur ma'am k room k lights bhi off hai..ma'am ko toh andhere se darr lagta hai..toh..mujhe bahot darr lag raha hai..

Arjun: what?? mein aaya 2 min me aaya..

Arjun: Riya!! kya hua?

Riya: ma'am door open nahi kar rahi..

Arjun: ek kaam karo..phirse jao aur room service walon se kaho k kse bhi karke duplicate keys dene..mein tab tak Maya ko door open karne kehta hu..

Riya: yes..

Arjun: Maya, plzz open the door..Maya, plzzz..hum beth kar baat kar sakte hai..trust me, sab theek ho jayega..plzz open the door..plzz..

Arjun: shit!! mein bhi kitna bada ghada hu..

Arjun runs inside his room n rushes towards the adjacent door which is attach to his n Maya's room..It opens in a sec..he goes inside n on the light button, only to find Maya's bed empty..

Arjun: pakka washroom me hogi..

He knocks on the door..no response..Arjun final enters the washroom with lots of hesitation n is shocked to see Maya lying in the tub full of blood red water..

Arjun: MAYA!!!!!! MAYA!!!!!!! Maya, open your eyes!!! Maya!! shit!!!

Arjun picks her up n rushes out..The hotel staff quickly arranges for a cab n Maya is taken to a near by hospital..

Arjun: plzz plzz look at her..she tried to cut her wrist..plzz, plzz see if she is ok..plzz

Doc: it's a suicide case..We can't operate on her..plzz, call the police inform them n then we can check her..

Arjun: arre kya pagaal hai kya tu?? mar jayegi yeh..plzzz..plzz..

Doc: no, sorry..

Arjun: abh mein kya karu? iss waqt police ko kaha se lau..n kse samjhau k yeh sab kya hy aur kyu hua hai..

Riya: abh kya kare Arjun? kahi Maya ma'am ko kuch ho gaya toh??

Arjun: shhh..kuch nahi hoga..hmm??

Riya: hmm..

Arjun: tum Maya k paas ruko mein phirse uss doc se baat karta hu, agar nahi maana toh phir usse hi doc ki jarurat padegi..

He turns to leave when he collides with someone..

Arjun: sorry..tum??

Person: Arjun! what a pleasant surprise!! ek min, tum hospital me kya kar rahe ho? kya hua hai?

Arjun: tum..tum toh doc ho na?? plzz, plzz Maya ko dekho..usne apni kalayi kaat di hai..

Person: what? Maya? dikhao?

Person: Maya Mehrotra?? God!! Sister, plzz take her to ICU..

Arjun: ICU? Jeetu, ICU kyu?

Jeetu: bahot blood loss hua hai..mein aata hu..

Arjun is waiting outside..nervous..he keeps looking at the ICU door..

Jeetu: Arjun!!

Arjun: Jeetu? kya hua? Maya ksi hai?

Jwetu: as I said, blood loss bahot hua hai..pr everything is under control..agar thodi si bhi der hoti toh Maya ko bachana possible nahi hota..woh bahot weak hai..2 din yahi under observation rakhna padega..pr yeh sab kse?

Arjun: actually..woh Maya ne mujhe propose kiya aur meine reject..toh..

Jeetu: what?? yeh baat kisiko batana math..ok? kisiko bhi nahi..Saanjh ko bhi..plzz..

Arjun: kyu?

Jeetu: Maya, will not like it..

Arjun: tumhe kse pata?

Jeetu: long story..kisi aur din..abhi filhal tum jaakar aaram karlo..Meeting time (to meet patients) subhe 8 baje hai..tab aa jana..

Arjun: thanks!!!

Jeetu: it's my duty..

Arjun: waise, tum yaha kse?

Jeetu: meine kaha tha na, Cancer treatment pr research kar raha hu..toh yeh Hospital bhi wohi research kar raha hai..isliye mera yaha aana jana rehta hai..

Arjun: ohhh..okk..

Jeetu: jao..get some rest..

Arjun: yes..

Arjun in his room..sits on his bed looking broken..not because Maya tried to kill her self..but she tried to kill herself because of him..he took out his phone n looked at the time..

Arjun: 6 baj bhi gaye? 8 ki toh meeting hai..abh?? Riya se baat karta hu..

Arjun gets freshen up..n calls Riya n ask her to meet him at the reception area..

Arjun: Riya, Maya ko 2 din aaram karna hai..so aaj ki yeh meeting hume handle karni hogi..kse bhi karke hume yeh deal crack karni hogi..Maya k liye yeh deal bahot imp hai..

Riya: I know, pr kse?

Arjun: pata nahi..pr, hume meeting attend karni hogi..

Riya: Arjun, ek min, mujhe mail aaya hai..God!!

Arjun: kya hua?

Riya: mail check karo..meeting cancel ho gayi hai..Maya ma'am ne cancel ki..abh meeting Mumbai me humare office hogi..

Arjun: what? how is it possible?

Riya: no idea..

Arjun: Maya...matlab Maya ko hosh aa gaya..mein aata hu..

Arjun rushes inside the hospital n enters Maya's room..he sees her staring at the ceiling..

Arjun: ksi ho Maya? kya hua? tumne meeting q cancel ki? Maya, mein tumse baat kar raha hu..

Nurse: excuse me, patient doesn't wants to talk to anybody..plzz leave her alone..its her request..

Arjun half heartedly leaves hospital n reaches hotel n is shocked to see Riya n all others ready with their bags..

Riya: Maya ma'am k orders hai k aaj hi wapis Mumbai lautna hai..so jaldi jao aur apni bag pack kar k yaha hume 5 min me milo..

Arjun: Maya waha hospital me hai aur tum sab..

Maya: ready?

Arjun: Maya?? tum yaha?? tumhe toh aaram karne kaha tha..tum yaha kse?

Maya: Riya...

Riya: yes ma'am..Arjun go..jaldi..warna flight miss ho jayegi..goo..

Arjun: yeh sab kya bakwas hai!!! Maya, tumhe aaram karne ki jarurat hai..tum hospital se kse aayi?

Maya: Mr. Sharma, 1li baat mein Maya nahi..Maya ma'am hu, ya Ms. Mehrotra ya sirf Ma'am..tum mere ek employee ho..behave like one..mere personal life me interfere karne ka aapko ki haq nahi..2ri baat, tumhari boss hu so yeh tum n all nahi chalega..respect karna sikh lo..aap..get that? abhi jayiye aur immediately bag pack karke hume airport pr miliye..late huye toh hum aage chale jayenge..

Arjun: Maya..I mean mam..pr..

Maya: 2 min..

Arjun rushes inside n Maya with her employees leave check out..

Arjun: Maya sach me mujhe chod kar chali gayi??

Arjun rushes towards airport n with many difficulties meet Riya n soon completes his checking formalities n enters the plane n us shocked to see that his place which was besides Maya has been replaced, his new seat is besides Riya..he sighes n sits beside Riya...

As soon as the plane took off, Arjun dozed off..he suddenly got up n started doing tp on his iPhone..when he saw Maya smiling..wait, laughing..wat?? how come Maya, Maya Mehrotra was laughing? that was strange..n she looked cute while laughing..but who was making her laugh?? He stood up n saw Jeetu..

Arjun: Jeetu? yeh Maya ko kse jaanta hai?? pata lagana padega..

Arjun sat down n lost interest in playing..je kept thinking abt Jeetu - Maya..

As soon as plane landed, n all the security checking was done, Maya left with Jeetu..Seeing this Arjun was ssly shocked...

Arjun: kya yeh wahi Maya hai, jisne kal mujhe propose kiya tha??

Next day..office..

Arjun was early today..exactly by a min..he saw Maya has still not reached n sighed..he went to seat at his place when RamPrasad (RP) stopped him..

Arjun: kya hua? jobs se nikal diya kya mujh ko?
RP: nahi..bas jagah change ki hai aapki..

Arjun: wat??

RP: aaj se aap yaha bethenge..

His place was right behind the pillar, it was exactly Maya wanted..his place was like no one could see him, only a cctv camera would capture his work..Arjun sighed n sat there staring at the cctv..he looked away n saw Maya entering..heck..his place was awesome, even though Maya could not see him, but he could see her properly..wow!!!

He was Maya entering her cabin n asking RP something..then he saw her staring at his old empty chair for few sec b4 asking RP to leave..

Arjun was ssly shocked..Maya was ignoring him..n he was not liking it..he got up in frustration n entered her cabin without knocking it..

Maya: Mr. Sharma, knock before u enter..out!!!

Arjun: Arjun, mera naam Arjun hai..so call me by my name..n Maya, tum aaj office q aayi?? tumhe aaj aaram karna chahiye tha..dekho khud ko kitni kamjor lag rahi ho..tum q khud ka khayal nahi rakhti??

Maya: that's none of ur business..hum yaha mere baare me discuss karne nahi aaye hai..kaam karne aye hai..tumhara kaam ho gaya rahega toh u may leave...ghar jao, aaram karo..kal aa jana..good day..(she said so ignoring him)

Arjun: fyn, byeee

Arjun went n sat at his new place frustrated..

He stared at his laptops screen..all he could see was Maya n her ignorance that was playing in his mind..

Arjun: coffee pi leta hu..mood n mind dono fresh ho jayenge..

Arjun stood up to leave when he saw Jeetu entering Maya's cabin..

Arjun: yeh Jeetu yaha kya kar raha hai??

Inside Maya's cabin..

As soon as Maya saw Jeetu entering her cabin she stood up with a smile n went to hug him..they shared a sweet short hug n within few sec they left her cabin n went somewhere..

Arjun saw this all n suddenly became angry..he could not understand the reason behind his anger..he thought of following them..n so he did..

Arjun reached parking area n saw Maya-Jeetu has already left..he too left..

Arjun reached home n went directly in his room..he switched off his mob, locked his room n laid on the bed staring at the ceiling..n in few mins fell asleep...

Maya's place..

Janhvi: Jeetu? wat a pleasant surprise!!! kitne saalo baad..plzz andar aao..oh God, I can't believe this..kse ho??

Jeetu: m absolutely fine aunty, aur aap??

Janhvi: even m fine..tum yakin nahi karoge, pr mein tumhe dekh kar ssly bahot khush hu..finally, Maya ka eklauta friend wapis aa hi gaya...

Maya n Jeetu smiled looking at each other..

Maya: mom, mujhe Jeetu se kuch baat karni hai..mein n woh mere kamre me jaa rahe hai..aap Nisha (servant) se keh kar kuch khane k liye bhej dijiye ga..

Janhvi: sure..aaram se baat karo..

Maya: yes..

Maya's room..

Jeetu: bolo, kya baat hai?

Maya: woh..

Jeetu: tumne suicide attempt karne ki koshish kyu ki??

Maya: Arjun..

Jeetu: sab Arjun se pyaar kse kar sakte hai?

Maya: tumne kuch kaha kya?

Jeetu: nahi...pr, tum Arjun se pyaar kab n kse karne lag gayi? matlab Maya Mehrotra joh pyaar iss word se nafrat karti thi woh aaj pyaar pr yakin karne lag gayi hai?

Maya: lag gayi hai nahi..lag gayi thi..wohi meri sab se badi galti hui..meine tumhe yaha sorry kehne bulaya hai..

Jeetu: sorry..kyu?

Maya: mujhe aaj realize hua k 2 saal pehle tum pr kya biti hogi jab meine tumhe reject kiya tha..tab mujhe pyaar pr bharosa nahi tha..jab hua tab..its like Karma slapped me on my face..badly..

Jeetu: it's completely ok..tumhe sorry bolne ki jarurat nahi hai..hum friends hai, the n humesha rahenge..okay?? so don't worry..n plzz yeh thankyou n sorry bolna chod do..

Maya aft hearing him went n hugged him tightly..Jeetu was first shocked n then hugged her lightly in a friendly manner n patted her to calm her down..

Jeetu: let's change ur dressing..thoda dard hoga..pr karni toh padegi warna septic ho sakta hai..

Maya: hmm..

Maya,-Jeetu chatted for a while, n then he left making her sleep..

Next morning..

Maya got up n saw it was 1..God, how could u sleep for sooo long..n remembered, Jeetu giving her medicine..she sighed n again laid on her bed..when she heard her mob vibrating..

Maya took her mob n saw 17 missed calls n 25 msgs..all were from Arjun..she was shocked at first but them switched off her phone n went to freshen up..

Arjun had reached office n saw that Maya hadn't reached..slowly it was 1 and still Maya hadn't came, this made him shocked..all sort of bad things strted coming to his mind..he tried calling her, he msged her but she didn't replied or received any of his calls...He panicked..he thought of going n meet her..but restricted himself..

Maya decided to work from home n didn't went to office for 2 weeks..she had thought this will make everything like before..she will be the same old Maya n Arjun her employee..she will again be the same old Maya..now the awkwardness was also gone..Thanks to Jeetu for helping her..

Maya finally entered her office n went n sat inside her cabin..Arjun who by now had realised that even be loved Maya looked like a Devdas..he realised it when Maya strted working from her house..when he heard that Jeetu used to meet her everyday made him feel jealous..he didn't knew why, but thanks to Dusky in indirect way she made him realise his love for Maya..Arjun was lost in his thoughts when RP brought him out of his thoughts..

Arjun: kya hai RP?

RP: Maya madam aa gayi hai..

Arjun: ssly?

He turned n saw Maya..This was the most beautiful sight he had seen from the past 2 weeks..he got up n rushed inside her cabin..knocking he entered only to find Maya stading near her cabins sofa n talking to Jeetu in phone..he went near her n started walking close to her..this made her fall on her sofa..

Maya: Jeetu, we'll talk later..u take care..byee..

Arjun: kaha thi tum? kitne din Maya..

Maya: yeh kya batameezi hai? Get out!!

Arjun didn't let her get up from the sofa n trapped her inside his strong arms..

Maya: what the hell!!!

Arjun: Maya, I am sorry..

Maya: what??

Arjun: mein duniya ka sabse bada ghada hu..joh mein yeh realise nahi kar paaya ki mein bhi tumse pyaar karta hu.

Maya instantly looked at him with shock written all over her face..tears formed in her eyes..n she pushed him with all her strength..This made Arjun shocked..

Arjun: kya hua?? Maya, I love u too..trust me..yeh 2 week meine kse nikale hai, mujhe hi pata hai..m sorry..plzz joh saza dena hai do..pr plzzz mujhe ignore math karo..

Maya: leave..

Arjun: Maya?

Maya: just goo..mujhe kuch nahi sunna..

Arjun pulled her close to him n hugged her possessively yet protectively..Maya tried to freed herself but finally melted in his arms n hugged him back tightly with same passion..

Arjun: I love u Maya!!!

Maya: I love u too Arjun..I love u a lot..

Arjun: I promise aaj k baad se mein tumhe kabhi nahi rulaunga..aur joh tumhe rulayega uski haddi pasli ek jar dunga..

Maya: just promise me tum mujhe kabhi nahi chodoge..

Arjun: I promise..

Maya smiled n kissed Arjun on his forehead..n looked away..

Arjun smiled n bend down to kiss her on his cheeks when Maya turned to face him n he accidently kissed her on her soft lips...

This made both of them shocked..Maya wanted to kiss him back..but controlled herself..while Arjun smiled internally n took Maya in a hug..
