She probably has good PR which makes sure that she is invited to all important events. After going to so many parties and events, she probably made more contacts to get invited to important social events.

As far as designer wear is concerned many designers loan the clothes for one time wear. The celebs tag the designer in all the social media accounts. Common people like us go crazy over designer wear and buy it from the store.This is something that Sabyasachi, Manish Malhotra and Anita Dogre do. We do have girls who are crazy about designer wear in this country.
