It was a superbly articulated reality check for Swara...hope she paid it some heed. 😕 Sanskaar's thought process, as always, is so spot on and well reasoned.I loved the wry way he was reflecting on how Swara and Ragini both kept flitting and out of their marriages and their marital homes...and yet seemed to be so comfortable not just in being wedding planners, but in dispensing judgements and opinions on others' marriages as well.
That angst Sanskaar felt was superbly brought out with your customary deft touch in those words of his...about how love was not enough for a good, successful marriage, and apparently, from Swara's display in their own marriage, faith was not needed, either. Despite all the good times they had had, despite all the adoration and trust Sanskaar showered on her, Swara never did really have that unshakable faith in him...😭😕
You know Nynu...those ending lines were so poignant, about how he would keep waiting for her, just wishing she would not make him wait too long. Really wished for an equivalent, if not equal dedication and yearning from Swara's side...who still seems more focused on missions of right versus wrong, rather than setting right whatever went wrong in her own marriage.
That distinction between a wedding and a true marriage was brought out well, too. 👏👏
And I am completely with you on the fact that a jealous Sanskaar is ONLY worthwhile because of the bravura performance we are getting from VK. On every other consideration of logic and 'rightness', it is Swara who ought to be burning in jealousy. 😉
Sigh...Rumi. I love that man, such a genius 😳
