Today, CVs thrown in romanticism in the form of a solid lesson...

Take note: Truth is hurtful and harmful. So if you love someone, hide truth from them. That is the new standard of love. That will make them temporarily happy (until the truth comes out) and feel very much appreciated and honoured to be recipient of lies. After all who doesn't want to be lied to? And just to sweeten the deal, throw in some superhero feel because honesty is overrated!!!

Excuse me, CVs. No adult needs protection from truth specially if it's relevant to them. If a person stands up for their love when they are falsely accused or insulted at no fault of their own, that is more than enough.

Instead you show a hero, standing silent when his wife is called names and while showing his attempt to save her from "harm" by hiding her own medical report as if by hiding it will make the truth go away instead of telling her the truth and support her when she is in pain.

And you show a heroine who lies to her mother-in-law to go on a date with her own husband as if she is doing something wrong instead of taking her right as a wife.

A strong woman doesn't lie to get her rights, she just takes it. To spend time with her husband, no woman needs someone else's permission. Yes, she may inform due to courtesy, but that's it. Obviously concept of equality is beyond you.

What delusional world do you think we live in?

You think a husband and wife is justified by lying to each other or others in the name of saving them from hurt? Do you think they won't be hurt when the truth comes out? And what character stamp would you put on the main leads of your show? In plain speak, a couple of liers.

Intention doesn't always justify the means. If it did, then everyone who wants to earn a degree by cheating so that they can support their family will get credit for good intention. But instead they are suspended.

CVs when I was demanding Dev to protect Sona, I meant protection against insults and humiliation. No adult needs protection from truth, no matter how bitter or painful it is.

And when I was asking you to portray a strong woman, I meant to show a woman who demands her right, not lies to get it as if going out with her husband is a crime.

By the way, this was also the woman who never hesitated from telling the truth and stood up to Ishwari to show her the mirror after break up. Now you made her into Ishwari Part 2, who lies and cheats to get her own way even when she should not be ashamed of what she is trying to do. (Once during cooking challenge and again today).

Ishwari is a great mother-in-law. Only in few days she has succesfully turned an honest Bose into a deceitful Dixit belying the 25 years of solid upbringing.

You know the saying. You are what your company is. If you hang out with good people, you become a better person and if you hang out with liers and cheaters, your character becomes the same as them.

Thankfully, I have excellent company here.

I am frustrated, disappointed and totally fed up with this show, but never with my group of strong, independent ladies. Hence I made this post.

Feel free to treat this as your no-holds-barred zone.

what an irony. saviour dev is trying to protect his wife from the bitter TRUTH that concerns her health but does not care to protect her from being humiliated under his roof by his disgusting family.

and lol at sonakshi for lying. why? she is not doing anything wrong, only going out to dinner with her husband which she has every right to. since she did lie, is it because she realizes that ishwari is trying to drive a wedge between them?

No, I think Sonakshi is as dumb as ever!!! I think she just wants to get away from everything.

But I will tell you how it will turn out.

They will come home. Ishwari will confront them. Sonakshi and Dev will start stammering.

Ishwari will pretend to be the injured party and bring out their past including, "Apne biwi ke aate hi tu jhooth bolna bhi sikh gaya."

Dev will get his major guilt complex again and Dev and Sona will again be at odds.

Everyday I comment on the episodes once I watch it after going back home from work. But today's episode and precap seemed more on facts and incidents and less on emotions, so I will comment now itself.

My perception of Honesty closely lies in alignment with what Krishna from Mahabharata practices. I can't say I blindly follow the Great Yudishthira and never lie. But I believe that to practice own version of honestry, everyone becomes the follower of their own judgement and that judgement grows from your education, influence from your surroundings and above all, the lessons learnt in the greatest journey of all called life. And here is my question. I am seeing 2 educated individuals resorting to hidings and lies for situations where there are 100 ways to avoid that.

Dev not telling Sonakshi the truth about her medical reports - First of all, Sonakshi is a doctor herself, if any complications she is in better position to come up with resolutions for this painful scenario. Secondly, what is the end result of such lies and hiding ? One day he HAS to tell Sonakshi right ? Then why not now ? It's not like this is some permanent solution and your ultimate goal to save her from pain is going to be fulfilled anyways. Sometimes we DO resort to lies from old people but the target is never to let them know, not for some temporary pleasure. Hiding stuff should not be taken as the first option to pursue. I absolutely LOATHE this. Neither logic, nor intention can explain me the reason.

Sona lying to Ishwari to go to a date with Dev - REALLY ? 😳 The same Sonakshi who always faced an inner battle and finally used to go for direct confrontation and showdowns instead of lying to someone is now choosing this as a good option ? The last time she lied it went really well (Making food for Dadi Bua) and this is why I say lying shouldn't be encouraged. It has a tendency to get inspired from 1 successful save rather than retrospecting about 1000 other disasters. Anyways, Sona is going down to Dixit's level and I had been repeating myself about that since long now. 😊 Instead of sticking to her basic characteristics and being truthful to Ishwari about going to a date with Dev (which she knows is no crime or bad), she chose to lie. And what can I say about the teacher - Ishwari, will she be pleased when Sonakshi would explain to her that she did it to avoid problems like Ishwari taught her to during Dadi Bua incident. One must know how it feels to be in the receiving end of deceit and lies.

I have some concerns about Dev's promises and words in the episode as well, will post that in separate comment.

Seems like CV's doesn't believe in "Honesty is the best policy"😆 philosophy for a healthy relationship.😆

what did the cvs turn sona to? but i guess she is desperate to spend time alone with her husband and solve their issues most importantly connect with each other. if ishwari finds out she will be emotional blackmail them asking whether she doesnt cook them good food, why waste money blah blah
and dev with him hiding this news from her isnt going to make it go away. isnt it better if she finds early and check whether there is any treatment for it. Sona isnt going to thank him for keeping from her. its her damn right to know about her condition.

Both sona and dev are going to suffer later when ishwari and sona finds out about it.
