Alright so I looked this up. Tutak Tutak Tutiya is the Hindi title of a film called "Devi" made by Prabudeva. He's releasing this film in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. It also evidently is a film that no one has heard of😆

Anyways, brickbats should all be directed at ROM for purposely making a commercially unviable, slow-mo painting that has no story of interest. Ranbir toh phir bhi had recognition and stardom by the time BV was released so people could debate opening this and opening that, but Harsh has nothing. If only he hadn't run off his mouth like he did in interviews before release, people may have been kinder.
