First of all, I would like to applaud Shaheer Sheikh, that man did an amazing job in the promo. Left me with goosebumps. Erica looked beautiful as always.
Now to the promo. Dev has gone into total deewanapan. In the previous few episodes, we saw Dev's shaky behaviour but he pulled himself together when he went infront of his family. But we all know he has been hanging by a single thread of sanity.
But the promo Dev has lost it. That breakdown we have all been expecting, it will happen at Sona's engagement. He will lose control on his feelings and behaviour and will likely make a huge scene at the engagement.
In a way I think he is pushing Sona to take the step of getting hitched so fast. If he had left her alone initially then she may have taken longer time to get engaged. Say yes to the wedding, but take her time for the wedding. Dev's and his issues have pushed Sona into anger and stubbornness to get married this soon.
I think promo Dev has reached to a point where misery has taken over his life, at that point, I don't think he is going to be able to hide it from Ishwari as well like he as been so far.
He is definitely going to ruin Sona's engagement, but will he stop it? The promo didn't really hint at that.
I wonder what he meant by "Main kuch galat nahin karunga"? It seems like he's referring he means, he won't stop the engagement. But maybe in drunkenness and agony he'll go over to congratulate Sona bitterly and make a huge scene.
What ever happens, I am super excited for 12 Sept now. It can't come fast enough.
