So i watched Sanam Teri Kasam last night and I have mixed feelings about it!? I liked the beginning, thought it was cute.. the way Inder was staring at Saru and then the bola bear scene in the elevator!!!😆 But i dunno.. some things just didn't work for me for example the absolute obsession with marriage. I get that Satu's family and everyone were desperate for marriage but Saru being so desperate that Abhimanyu tells her he likes her, let's get married??? What!?🤪.. and then later on in the movie, the police/phone scene, really??? Inder could have just told the nice police man what was happening but no, phone call toh karunga regardless of who I have to beat up! Honestly..😆 and Saru's death scene.. for some reason, it felt incomplete. I think because of how sudden it was and the sound of the constant beep.. mmm😲
It's weird.. I feel like as I grown older, i'm just I dunno. What i mean to say is that I used to be a hopeless romantic.. I loved fluff and Bollywood and cuteness rom coms and everything but now, Bollywood romance annoys me especially in recent moviea where all you gotta do is see someone and you'll die for them because you're so madly in love??? It's just like LOL really?🤔 Where's the good romance like in KKKG and i dunno.. i realise KKKG was years ago but still.. Kajol and SRK you know.. (don't even get me started on Dilwale❓🤔).. does anyone else feel like this? As if you've grown into a realist, or more cynical as some people say?? And what's worse is i have friends who are either in relationships or like/"love" people who don't reciprocate so they don't stop talking about it.. making me more angry at the idea of love. Basically, i'm no longer a hopeless romantic.. I think?😕
Okay back to STK LOL, loved the scene were Saru found all the messages behind the membership/return date cards.. def my fav scene!!! And then the last bit was very touching too.. the tree scene. Tbh.. rather than the female, i liked the male much more in the movie
