Not only financial losses and legal tussles, the media firm who would have published such picture would have had to face public outrage.

Why? Because we are at a time when people stand more easily with women.

Even in Hollywood media are careful with what they release. I'd say Hrithik is lucky no one chose to release them as it would have been obvious he was the source and it would have been bad for his image.

He would have been perceived as a tool and a jerk.

Please! Money talks. Media may not have published uncensored photos but I do not believe someone would not have published something (ala front page shahid-Kareena kiss or blurred topless Duchess of Cambridge). Nevermind the hard to trace online sites - which explains why despite legal action you can still find nudes of royalty and major Hollywood stars online any time you care to look. The Indian legal system is a joke and probably couldn't even figure out who uploaded nude pictures let alone successfully prosecute anyone anyway.

I found this article quite pointless, but it really is surprising the lack of industry support for Hrithik. There must be more than what meets the eye with regards to him in and no one wants to look like a fool supporting him if more dirt comes to light. Hence they're all quiet and shying away from him
