Do stars like HR/ Ranbir deserve the rumuneration they are getting?

Rumuneration as high as 38cr to 50cr for those whose recent movies opening day numbers are not even double digit..

yes an SRK..salman..amir deserve it

they have made bad movies like jai ho/ dilwale open double digit and saved from heavy losses and still hitting 100cr. These are the real stars..stars where your money invested on them..is guarenteed to not make you heavy losses

but to invest this much in likes of ranbir/ HR? no matter if they are good brilliant or bad or whatever in acting..a simple rule of business...invest in something which guarentees you something and time and again these stars have proved that they are just not reliable

guzarish..tamasha..bombay velvet..and now MD.

not only the lifetime..the opening itself of these have been disappointing and below expectations..so what are they charging this much for?

so imo producers really need to be wiser with the rumuneration coz baring khans i doubt any one deserves this much rumuneration..definitely not the likes of ranbir/ HR

I personally think an actor's remuneration should be all in proportion to their recent opening numbers in films with LEADING roles.

like sonam said in an interview and she surprisingly made sense

you should get what your movies open to mostly

based on that 5-10 cr is the max these should get

If they are getting high remuneration , it means someone has faith in them and is ready to pay them. People don't shell out a single penny without any reason.

Actors And Actresses should get paid according to their movie opening for sure so I agree.

HR deserves what he gets. The other one, the less said the better😳

No they don't. HR should never have been paid 50cr. His fee ate up the VFX budget for MD.

He'll probably have to slash his renumeration for his next project. They should get paid the opening day collections of your solo non-holiday film as that is what the actor really brings to the table.

If they are getting paid and they themselves have no problem being paid so much, then I don't see a problem.. :(

Atleast they're enjoying a rich life with so much cash flow (floods) na :(

as someone in this forum has rightly said that the whole package of the movie plays an important role for the opening,the trailers,songs,genre and offcourse the starpower...

Hrithik's last movie BB had bigger opening more than 24crs (dnt knw the exact figs)...

They dont. Even my sis and i were discussing it jst few hours back. Actresses lyk kat, dipika deserve good remuneration thn these so called hritik and ranbir... they should hv some shame and should charge fees as per their aukaat. And regarding bang bang replace kat with pooja hegde it would hv collected not more than 10 cr on opening day 😆 same wd tamasha...
so i agree it should be paid as per avg of their last openings

true

these actors have failed especially without a bankable actress..

ranbir failed when he worked without a bankable actress in Besharam and Bombay Velvet..

HR failed here

shows that established actresses need to be paid than they are currently instead coz they also contribute something as it is not.commonly believed
