Me thinks, that Devyani is really busy with other serials and got sick and tired of this meaningless piece of crap that Thollai Payyan is directing( 😕) and proly gave her 2 weeks notice and left!!!! 😆 .

So Thollai Payyan is breaking his head trying to figure out what to do. He has come up with the idea of killing Abhi. If Devyani comes back, then he will say that it was a drama to fool Adhi and Co. If Devyani doesnot come back, then he will portray Adhi & Co to be successful in their scheme and either continue the crap with Anandhi as the lead trying to take revenge for her sister's death or Menaka/Ganga as the lead trying to bring an end to Adhi empire.....!!!!!!!

Any which ways...the torchure continues for ever and ever and ever and ever and ever.........coz Adhi will do the same damn things to who ever Thollai payyan chooses.... and then...REPEATU!!!!

My guess is Menaka is the tv serials actress Lakshmi.
When a person is declared dead she/he will be investigated no longer, and I think the writer is setting up Aadi and gang. Several episodes showing Devayani battling for her life would never have been shot.
