Obviously there is a good chance those two are sisters, maybe once anika marries shivay she confides about her past and om might talk to ishana and figures out its her. If its not her then maybe its soumya she has been in chandigarh for over 20yrs of her life who knows though i wonder if they will make her brother's death be connected to the oberois.

Thanks for the replies guys. I am so glad you guys felt the same haha. Today i noticed how Ishana had created that board with the Obrois pictures and details etc Annika did the same when she was ranting to Dadi lmao. I am even more sure they are sisters. I hope their parents are alive too and perhaps live abroad now cos they are in pain due to "losing" two daughters. Imagine the look on Shivaays face when he finds out Annika is from a good family with status and name! Lol

I felt like they are related after watching Anika's poster board for Billu kind shaadi planning. They have similar organization style.

I kinda want theme to be related that way, there will be a great bond among the family members😊
