I don't know why but when I saw the scene where Annika has a nightmare in which she is separated from her sister who is aparently dead and her body has never been found. What if that little sister is alive and she is none other than our very own Ishana? I think this could be a possibility and it would be really cute if the sisters marry oberoi brothers and Annika will have a blood relative in her life.

Do you guys think this could be a possibility?

It is quite possible but then again it gives rise to a lot of questions.
I remember that scene too.
And here Ishana has a dad in debt and a sister protect.
On second thoughts it can be said that she is protective of Mona as she doesn't want to loose a sister again. Or maybe she was too young to even remember that she had a biological sister.
Suspense and a lot of answers are needed.

I m 90% sure Anika and ishana are sisters.Her alcoholic dad may actually turn out to be adopting her at young age.She is different from.her dad and sis characterwise.Moreover Anika and ishana seems crazy types unlike somu 😆 So them.being sisters is a high possibility.

here many kept speculating the same... then let's wait and watch how the story unfolds... Gul seems to like these hidden and to be revealed stories... so it seems to be true that they're siblings

I am getting a similar feeling too. Else they wouldn't keep referring to Anika's long lost sister so frequently. I am not really a fan of such "milap" stories. But let's see how the writers portray it.

It might be sowmya because anika hameshaa aloo puri ka baate karthi hai..and sowmya aloo paratha ka... 😆

If anyone has noticed that most of the time they Jump from Annika's scene to Ishana's scene. Maybe they are trying to hint us about them being somehow related?
