I want SLB to portray him as he was in history (an evil person) and would not want his character to be shown having a bad past due to which he turned evil or making him actually love Padmawati and then being a helpless lover 😕

What are your thoughts? Please share...

it can go the darr and baazigar way..maine sab tumhare pyaar ke liye kiya padmawati aur pyaar kabhi galat nahi hota-mujhse nafrat mat karna😆

No. I don't know the story but if it is based on History I care more about accuracy. If you are using the name of a historical character do not rewrite history to make it better.

Ranveer is a great performer and it's my wish to see him in a full-fledged villian role. Khilji seems a good opportunity.

I don't. But knowing SLB , I think 70% is confirmed that he will somehow try to make him a somewhat better version of the real man that we known of.

Also referring to some previous posts, are we seriously expecting SLB to handle something as sensitive as homosexuality of the bygone era when he can't even properly handle a simple love triangle without making people cringe!
Way to overrate someone only to be disappointed later!

An accurate potrayal of him will be a career suicide for SLB both commercial and critic. People want to see the bling bling and mirch masala.

Khilji was the villain in this story,
SLB has no choice but make him a brutal, heartless man.
He was after a married woman and he did everything wrong to get her.

Otherwise Badmavati's sacrifice in the end won't make any sense.
I'm sure SLB will make Ranveer a scary heartless villain.
