My mum's words!

Hey guys, I normally watch DMG in my room, hehe...what wud I do otherwise with all those scenes!..but yesterday I was watching TV in her room and my mum was busy with her stuff and then the older promo wid them boxing came, and she was like, "Why are these two alwez fighting?"...and she doesnt watch DMG...ever...just knows abt them cus I tell her its wayy better than the other shows...

I was like, umnn.....i had no answer!...

but seriously guys, u do wonder, why do they alwez fight?

Okay so it doesnt need to be romantic moments all the time, but it doesnt need to be fights too....its forever---fights-romance...talk about giant leaps...never a middle ground...

Because it's nok-jhonk. They both have strong personalities, which is why they clash, and exactly the reason why the like each other so much. I think they have fun fighting (entertaining to watch also, b/c Armaan is such a shaitaan, his schemes never fail to make me laugh) b/c Ridz is yet to profess her love, yet it's quite obvious that she enjoys the attention and likes to "fight" with him... jhagde mein hi pyaar hai ;) lol
The day they stop fighting, one will know that there's no spice left in their r/ship.

hmm..so thats the reason for their pointless fights...i knw she hates it when he doesnt annoy her...but u'd tend to think, they'd keep a lil distance eps after their heated dressing room scene...but.... 😃

@Spirit: I agree yaar!! Why is there never any middle ground??

I understand that nok jhok is all part of their pyar, but really! They fight over nonsense things like 2 year olds! Nok jhok and fights ke aur bhi tareeke hote hain!!

I really don't get why everyone thinks that all the spice will go away once they get together?? Does that mean ppl in love who are together never fight?? Of course they do!! The relationships just evolve over time...but they always have that khatta meethapan to them still. I guess my main issue is that they've shown almost nil evolution in developing AR's relationship. For every teeny tiny step Ridz takes forward once in a blue moon...she takes 20 back!!

And these days, the creatives have made Armaan look inconsistent as well! These juvenile fights with Ridz make it look like his feelings for her didn't run deep, and undermines all the love, passion and care he's shown for her recently!

yea, its confusing if we start thinking abt everything...so i just try and expect as least as possible...every epi...that way I can enjoy at least the funny things...as far as their love is concerned...i'm so doubtful, esp now after watching this week's epis that anything is gonna develop so soon...I'm thinking..they are probably gonna bring some other story in now...u know ..like the adoption things...some other story, i think we deserve that..at least.....and that wud shed some light on the story...
i donno, i hv this feeling, remember how shashank was feeling his head, when he was wid sis paddy, may be its his turn to get sick now...i donno...

well, my take is from the tv serial pov. When they are together, more than likely they'll have to get married sometime soon..b/c I don't think they'll show them being in a relationship for very long without at least one suggesting marriage.. and marriages are the pot holes in tv serials! They might end up doing the same things they make fun of today.. triangles and stuff...which I really don't like. And I dont want A-R to see in any triangle. That way, I find the fights more entertaining.

I do agree though that they show Armaan and Ridz very kiddish a lot of time in their fights. Esp nowadays when they are not only on the lookout for an issue to fight on, but create nonexistent issues and force a fight just to irritate the other. Seems illogical.

@sunshine...dont get me wrong, I prefer watching them separate..and possibly these fights too rather than the same boring, over done tried and wasted things on TV, that which we all hv seen and hated and dont want to see in DMG...thats what we love abt DMG...

but i'm saying..give us some other story or a track that gets the story moving...that way they can give poor AR a lil break wid their fights...we love them..irrespective...but fights-fights-fights-fights...eveyrday of the week... i donno....give me more of the other interns...

@Sunshine: Can I call you that? 😳 I agree! Marriages totally are the potholes in TV serials. But given that this is DMG...a show that has actually started making me expect something out of a show after a long time...I have very high hopes that they won't go the marriage route with AR very soon if they got them together.

There is SO much that they can do with the story even if AR got together! There's A's troubled relationship with his family, R's real father...not to mention the awesome potential of Atul-Angie's story...and the development of Sapna's character as well...All these things can be surely done, can't they?

And I don't mind a triangle at all if they show it in a different way...not the Ekta multiple marriages special 🤢
Currently, I feel the only jhatka that will get Ridz out of her denial phase is an actual "threat"...not some useless character like Simran...but a girl who truly gives her a run for her money when it comes to Armaan!

and I don't mind the fights continuing at all...given that there's some progress side by side...Yes, they're funny to watch, but after a point, we can't help but apply at least some logic, right??

yea, just imagine a real nice-pretty girl going crazy for Armaan...but..hold on wudnt that complicate...the already complicated situtation....and add one more complication to Armaan's life...but seriously..i wonder what is going to be that thing thats going to get her to snap!..I mean nothing has worked so far!...

@Spirit: It doesn't even have to be a pretty nice girl falling for Armaan...I just want Ridz to see Armaan treating another girl nicely...not the somewhat pathetic flirting that he's indulging in these days...but something genuine! and that makes Ridz sit up and take notice of him!
Frankly, that incident when he talks to that burn patient about true love really should have told her everything she needs to know...but she seems to suffering from short term memory as usual 😆 😆
