If v ought to choose Ishita or Shagun at this point it would be Shagun... V ourselves ll defend that yes she has given her seven years of her life to this child so she is acceptable... See der motive behind this whole surrogacy crap is achieved... It's never about giving a child to Ishita, if tats the case then they would have gone with fertility treatments n the struggles tat couples would face... But here their only motive is to lay a foundation for their fav Shagun post leap... If not for surrogacy, Shagun character would have ended pre leap n the story would b about ishra n der parenting... But no, Cv's wanted this non existent love triangle to shove Shagun's presence... So surrogacy came into play...
Ur question is not hypothetical but the situation in which the Cv's have put viewers is hypothetical n icing on the cake is RD playing the role, pihu...

I don't think so... When you enroll your child .. Birth certificate plays a role with regard to the dob, parents names, it's a valid official government document that states that this child belongs to these 2 individuals and they are the parents..I don't think that can be changed...birth certificate is a birth certificate ... That cannot be changed .. Imo.. But don't know. the actual law..it's a messy situation.. Cvs will not clear this mess.

If you can change the name doesn't that mean that they lied to the educational institution? The government, isn't that Punishable by law. as far as I know.. If the father or the mother remarried.. They can include their respective spouses names as step father or step mother.. But the original document cannot be changed... That's what I've seen in US . Because those options are given when you enroll your child in school .. Plus the school corporation requests the original birth certificate at the time of enrollment .
